From the lower case letters, I am still awaiting the letter j and the letter r. 375 letter sets and holders are needed to write multiple words on one line. I ordered additional letter holders for the machine. You will need three letter sets to type multiple words on one line. There is an additional cost for letter holders if they are from other companies. Letter sets from other companies will not fit in the letter holders from Zonesun. A set of embossing letter sets from Tandy Leather Company is in my possession. There is a discrepancy between them, however. In addition to the heat plate, if you are going to glue on different shapes of figures or logos, you will need a separate aluminum heat plate with just a flat side. Although I like the machine itself, I think the positioning plate is poorly designed. One of the long pieces broke after one use since they are plastic. What should I do if I need a new one but cannot see how to contact the company? Although I tried to glue it and tape it, it did not work. They don't make them of metal, so why don't they?.

It was, however, rather lousy in terms of customer service. Our company purchased an embossing machine that does the job. However, I have attempted to contact Zonepack for additional fonts several times, but have not heard anything We may need to in order to return the machine if we don't receive additional information about ordering font sizes. That makes me sad, but I need to know that we have support from the company where we bought the product.
