You might be able to, but I do not I wouldn't want it that close to my face or nose or eyes and it is flaky by design.

Mix the flakes with multidimensional mod podge (available on Amazon or at Joanne's or Michael's), and it looks like stone after it dries, do not use too much. I have also mixed it with epoxy or resin to create YouTube videos helped me figure out what to do with glitter before I knew what to do with it.
