Questions & Answers
It's not a glue, so don't waste your money on it. It's a liquid resin that takes a long time to dry.
It's a clear 20100% dry finish.
It doesn't scratch, to be sure. It hardens into a hard resin finish. It's one of my favorites, and I've purchased several bottles of it.

This dried cloudy when I used it to make bottle caps. I read somewhere online that it could be because I glued an image inside without letting the glue fully dry first, and that moisture can cause the glue to dry cloudy. As a result, I'm going to try again. Update: The dimensional magic worked perfectly and dried clear after I left the glue to dry overnight.
I'm new to the Mod Podge world, but I can see why crafters love it so much! I'm making a charm bracelet for my daughter out of shrinky dinks and other small hand-drawn charms. I wanted something that would protect the coloring while also adding depth. It works perfectly! I learned the hard way that it can cause certain colors to bleed, so I'll try using a clear acrylic sealant first next time; it'll be a trial and error process. But it accomplished exactly what I had hoped for, and I adore it! I'll be purchasing more in the near future. On a side note, I received it from this seller very quickly, and the price is reasonable. This is a seller I will buy from again.
For some of my crafting needs, I was very happy with the dimensional mod podge. It dried to a nice, clear dome that looked like it was made of glass. Bubbles can occur, but they can be fixed with a needle before the paint dries. If you're going to seal your photos, start with thin layers and let them dry. If you apply a large glob of ink without first sealing it, the ink will bleed and distort the image.
It's been dry for more than 24 hours.
A zen tangle on black paper was glued to a wood back to make a notebook cover, as shown in the photos. The product that was applied dried perfectly clear and gave the piece depth. The oval pendant on the necklace shown was made using the same technique.
Use a cheap LED/UV lamp to apply a no-wipe gel polish top coat or UV Resin. You have to work in the exact right temperature to get this stuff to set, and you can only do thin coats at a time. It doesn't say anywhere in the description that you can't work in a room that's too hot or cold, so I'm not sure what temperature I need to get it to work. I'm sure it's not 60 or 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
This isn't the first time I've used it. This is something I've purchased from Amazon in the past. However, the final product is essentially garbage this time. It doesn't dry clear; instead, it dries cloudy, even very cloudy. And, unlike any other bottle of this stuff I've used, it has a layer of gunk on the bottom of the bottle that won't shake off and mix with the rest of the tube.
I bought this to make cute homemade pins, and I like the shine it gives off; application is simple enough, but air bubbles must be avoided.
