They would do a good job, in my opinion

It would be a good idea to affix some plumbers tape to the treads to help prevent the screws from unscrewing over time, and to use some nylon or rubber washers to protect against overtightening.

There is no solid brass in this

When I ordered them, I was told they were solid brass just now, as it's too late to return them, I realize they are magnets. The screws strip out pretty easily, but they appear to be good otherwise. It was too late to return after discovered after it had already been too late.

It is unfortunate I did not get 50 pairs of shoes. It clearly states "50 Pairs. " I checked this several times to see if I misread something, but it does not. The quality of the items is good, aside from receiving only approximately 10 pairs.
