While great for older kids, not so much for younger children

Our son is especially interested in origami, so we bought this for him. It takes him six years to walk. It was good to see the first few designs in the book. We found it fairly easy to follow. He didn't need very much adult assistance until we got into the book. There were many parts that became increasingly complicated as the book continued. Several of the things in the instruction booklet are written in what appears to be translated English, so they don't make a lot of It was impossible for neither parent to determine what the folds were. My child would have been happy with an easy version of this project, since that would have been ideal for my origami princess.

You shouldn't try this at first

Using the guidance of the 12 year old, I was able to fold three figures in just one afternoon. It was very difficult to figure out how to fold the bags. When she was eight, I didn't even bother going near her. Beginners won't find it easy to fold, so I wouldn't recommend it. I like the quality of the paper and the colors are vibrant.

Spending money on the wrong thing

What a waste of time! It is my pleasure to have 6 children from 4 to 12 years of age I took 11 and none of my colleagues could figure it out! It kept
saying on the dotted line fold here but there was no dotted line! I had to guess there was some sort of mistake in the instructions!.
