The color is vibrant and pleasing to the eye. You get a lot of value for your money. The only thing I didn't like about them was that they were made of plastic, and some of them had air trapped inside, causing them to float when used in a liquid. Aside from that, it does the job I need it to do, which is to be used in a bird bath.
These are a good, random "glass chunk" or "crystal"-like shape that is also very durable. However, I gave the product two stars because I bought the green ones based on the picture here, and they are not at all like the picture colorwise; they are much lighter, almost a pale mint color, barely green at all, rather than the vivid deep green I was expecting to receive. I had purchased these to replace another set of green gems that were far too yellow for my use, which was as raw emerald-like game tokens. Because of the color difference, these are also unusable for that purpose. Be careful who you buy from.
Because of their unusual shape, you can't put them in a vase and push the flower stem through because they don't move. It took over two hours to arrange the flowers, which should have taken no more than ten minutes.
I didn't need as many as I thought I would. I needed to fill a large vase with crystals. Because there were so few of them, they did a poor job of it. Lol. Aside from that, they're very nice. They're exactly what they seem to be. I can't say enough good things about their appearance. I only wish there had been more in the package.
They're pretty and true to color in the photo, but they float in water, so I couldn't use them in my aquarium like I had planned. Allowing them to soak in water in order to see if they will sink. If they do, I'll make a new review. br>br>Adjustment to the review: The majority of them have sunk after a few days in the water, but any slight movement blows them across the aquarium's bottom. They're pretty, and I'm hoping to figure out how to make them heavier, but they'd be better suited to other projects.
It'll be ideal for my joke gift. My boyfriend is a money aficionado who claims he has always wanted to reach into his pockets and pull out gold nuggets. Now he can, at least, laugh at himself. I wouldn't put them on display because they appear to be fake, but they're perfect for this gift.
This is the worst Amazon product I've ever purchased, but I need them, so I'll have to repaint them and then spray them with setting spray in the hopes that it works.
