I haven't used it to wrap anything yet. Arrangements can be made just across the vases. It's thin, so it stretches, but it's not as flexible as floral tape for artificial flowers.
Green is the only color available for this tape.
Floral tape, on the other hand, is used to wrap flower stems in bouquets. br> When exposed to water, the tape degrades. Stretch tie is a better option for outside plants.

So I looked for it on Amazon until I found it. For beginners, it worked perfectly! There were six sisters in total. My mother-in-law assisted me with the flowers for my DIY wedding. None of them had any prior experience, but the tape made it simple for them all! It's fantastic! We ended up doing about 20 arrangements in total, and I still have some tape left over!.
It's very sturdy, but if you're holding flowers in one hand and tape in the other, it's easy to tear it with your teeth. Great for a DIYer who is tired of ripping the material they need to stretch or not stretching it far enough to get it to stick. br>br>We also used this to make a grid to arrange our centerpieces in. It adhered well to both other surfaces and flowers.
The tape is packaged in transparent plastic. The tape roll had the packaging glued to it. I put the roll of tape down on the table after 20 minutes of battling to get most of the plastic packaging off the roll, and it left sticky adhesive residue on the table. Furthermore, the tape would not stick to the mouth of the glass vase when I tried to use it on an arrangement. This tape is probably better suited to flower bouquets rather than arrangements. My expectations were not met with this tape.
This is some seriously thin duct tape. Florist tape is a lot softer and more flexible than other types of tape. There are no complaints because it did exactly what I needed. With the duct tape fibers running through it, you can rest assured it'll last a long time. It was used to cover a wire frame. This is not something I would use on flowers.
Because it's similar to a thin, strong duct tape, I can see how it could be useful in other situations. However, this is not floral tape in the least; most floral tapes are thin and sticky when stretched - this is not one of them. florists will find it easier to use. This is a strong tape that can withstand a lot of use.
In my master bath, I used this tape to adhere to the underside of the granite top. I needed a way to keep water off the tops of my drawer fronts - in order to keep the paint from peeling This tape prevents water from dripping on the counter tops as it recedes toward the cabinet.
I'm almost done with the self-help books. Using tape to keep it in place is a good idea. When I'm prepping large batches of florals, I use it to make cages on 5 gallon buckets, and I wrap bouquets and boutinneres with it. It's something I use on a daily basis. It's simple to rip without using scissors, which comes in handy when putting together puzzle pieces. It is completely water resistant. It's similar to a thin roll of duct tape, but without the mess.
This is the first time I've used a similar product. Where have you been all my life? I made a fake lavender and forsythia grapevine wreath for my front door this spring, and the floral tape was great for securing the branches to the vine; unlike the hot glue I've used on wreaths in the past, it's held up really well during lots of rain and wind, and it's also much easier to use than green floral wire, which always seems to cut my hands! When it comes time to make a Christmas wreath, I hope I remember where I put this!.
