Truth be told, I don't know whether or not these items are flammable. In light of the type of bag that this is, you would not expect it to be flammable, but I would check with the manufacturer directly to make sure. This would be so lovely! I do not dislike false advertising as much as the fact that this "preserved moss" is totally fake, but I definitely dislike the fact that it's fake. There is something distinctly disappointing about the fact that the entire package is poorly faked "preserved moss". In the half of the product that consisted of the green stuff, the black wire just peeled off. The following pictures illustrate exactly what I am trying to convey.
