Questions & Answers

Are there any advantages to using it to stick cardboard to concrete walls?

It is rarely the case. Getting it to stick to the concrete is nigh on impossible if you can get it to stick, it would most likely fall off after a while.

Can you tell me how many ounces each stick is (in ounces)?

An Elmer's Washable Clear Glue Stick does not need to be rinsing after use. Stick of glue that is 24 ounces in size.

I have this crazy It's important that I find a glue stick that sticks glass to photographs. Almost every time I change photos, I need to update the page. Do you plan on keeping it like this?

These glue sticks are used to hold stained glass patterns in place when I cut them from poster board. I most often end up destroying the paper pattern when I remove it from the window. The pattern is finished as soon as the glass is cut, so for me that's fine. It is unlikely you would want to use those photos in that way.

Is it possible to keep an unopened stick for a while?

My knowledge of the matter is limited. My four sticks of glue cost $2, and I opened the first one right away, and it still works fine. I do not use a lot of glue since I had not purchased any for the past three years, and have not cracked open the remaining three sticks. it would only cost you I did not really care about the length of the sticks as long as they were 50 per stick The shelf life of a product is determined by its expiration date.

The size of lip balm, these glue sticks are very small
3/5

As I normally use glue sticks of normal sizes, I thought I was ordering those. It's a tiny stick. They fit in a small shipping envelope and their little box fits in a small box! There is no way that glue sticks will fit inside. Using this to stamp a letter might be OK, but I do not think it would do much else. In addition, the Elmer's glue sticks I'm used to have have purple glue so you can see where the glue is applied when applying There are all white glue sticks in the box (which is not very clear since it dries white) and their consistency is not as uniform as purple glue sticks of the same size. I prefer them to purple glue since they have a much drier consistency. They seem to have no hold on either paper or plastic, probably because they are dryer to begin with. A 3D printer's heated bed creates flour-like materials which turn into glued parts as soon as it is heated. It is the first time I am disappointed in an Elmer's product, but it is the case this time around. * Be aware that these glue sticks may not be suitable unless you want a lip balm-sized glue stick with little moisture. ordered the wrong size because I did not notice the oz size. The responsibility for that falls on me. The bottom of the bag doesn't even contain a quarter oz of glue and then there's nothing to stick it to. isn't the usual purple glue stick from Elmer that people normally purchase. There is no point in buying them at that price.

What you need to know about PLA printing My computer seems to work fine with them
5/5

The short version is I have had no problems with them. It appears to have a stronger adhesive than the "Washable" kind, but I haven't had any problems getting projects off the bed, and I have no difficulty cleaning up after use as I do with the Washable The filament might not release cleanly if your project is fine and thin (low Z), but it shouldn't matter if you use glue stick or not. Mostly daily I print small parts with PLA on mirror glass at 60 C and almost always with glue stick to prevent bed adhesion issues from hampering my prints. Up to now I have mostly used "Washable" glue sticks (based on recommendations I read online when I had just As a result. The "All Purpose" kind I ordered by mistake and only realized they were the "hurry up and wait" kind after they arrived because I was in a hurry. "Well," I thought, "I have them, so I may as well try it and see what happens. ". I have found that they have worked fine for me.

I give 29 out of 30 stars
3/5

Despite the fact that it had only 29 glue sticks, it still worked well. What are you talking about? This may have been a mistake (I counted several times, but please correct me if I made a mistake).

A shipping fee of 8 bucks for thirty glue sticks? There is nothing better than this deal
5/5

It is by far the best price you will find for glue sticks, and on top of that, these are great Elmer's brand sticks that really work. Across the street from me, I can find two generic glue sticks for 1 dollar at the dollar tree. Elmer's are superior, but these don't clump up when you use them. Furthermore, the price is 15 dollars for 30 of them and I have to drive to the location to buy them. They were shipped the next day and arrived at my house within 8 days. Taking into consideration the quality of glue sticks, this is a terrific deal. I am looking forward to crafting with you!.

I can't keep up with the glue! For my kids' crafting class, I ordered Elmers All Purpose School Glue Sticks 30 pack
5/5

I also ordered extras to use at home. With the small sticks I used for foam and paper projects, my 3-year-old and I have been able to do many things. We have enough extra for my son, because he often leaves the cap off for long periods of time, causing the sticks to.

I highly recommend this purchase
5/5

Many of my kinder students could not afford to buy new glue sticks when the class' supply of glue sticks ran out. These glue bottles are messy, so they started using the glue bottles. These glue sticks are the best in my classroom (other brands are cheap and poorly made) Overall, however, my students and I are the most fond of these. These glue sticks are always in use so I know they will not last long. I hope that I will be able to get a special price when I place my next order. I appreciate your help very much.

2 days later, the two came apart! There were many things I didn't like about them
3/5

It was my trust in Elmer's that led me to buy it. Several of my buddies and I had a collage party. glued directly into a planner (and so overall the whole thing was a little heavy). In the end, I had to redo quite a few spots as I was afraid to lose my cutouts. That was quite a Now, I must admit that my planner is very much with me in my backpack, and it has been very cold in Wisconsin this year. It's never in my car- I hardly ever do that When I travel with it, it will go with me. Perhaps it's the cold that is affecting the adhesive, but that still seems In spite of the extra work, I will use Mod Podge next time.

Title is not what it seems to be
3/5

It is not the purple disappearing glue stick described in the advertisement. * This listing is a lie. These are the cheaper, and less useful, and less useful than ELMER'S disappearing PURPLE for my application. This is disappointing, since I use these for 3D printing and the purple shows up better on the build plate. As the title indicates, it should work, but I had expected to get what I ordered.
