Is this wheel compatible with the bats I have?

Due to the lack of bat pins, standard bats with pins cannot be used. Clay bats are easy to make and can be used in many ways The pins should not be on the bat.

Choosing a good throw for starting out is a good idea

It was a more affordable alternative to my more expensive model that was excellent for beginners. It does not have the bells and whistles that others might have, but it does the job it is designed for. A lack of instructions on how to set up the belt that came detached from the machine could have made the process difficult, but it wasn't too hard. For anyone looking to get into pottery throwing, this would be a good introduction. It won't be able to handle large projects, but for beginners or for those who are only interested in making regular to small sized projects, it will be fine. A major negative is the size. The machine is too low and uncomfortable to use. The stool is propped up on a table that is short enough to allow the stool to be used. It would be impossible to use it comfortably at its normal height with a seat. However, there are no complaints about it other than that.

Pottery wheel for the entry-level student

The version might be smaller than you would get at the studios/classes, but it still does the job just fine. Does not make a sound The unit is extremely quiet and is fairly easy to work with since it is not so large. The table fits perfectly on the top of my desk, so I'm able to work standing up. That's great, I love Because of the differences in voltage from US, I had to purchase an invertor, but it works well. To begin with, I would have liked it if it contained bat pins, but now I just use a clay bat and put a tile on top so it gives me an easy way to take it I have my bucket next to me on a stool since the splash Pan is removable and easy to clean. The space at the top of the pan is a bit small to put a bucket, so I keep it by my feet.

Beginners will find this useful. Some of them are difficult to clean, but there are probably drips of clay on all of them.

Works, but not on this computer

Worked fine for us, but not for you! It doesn't do anything after you put it together and turn it on. This machine makes only a whirling sound and doesn't spin at all. There is no sense in this, it looks so cheap and It is not necessary to use but even if you are a beginner or buying for.
