A resin issue and a heat issue

It's all over. A resin is used with this product. The resin stuck to it in a few spots and some of it did not come off even after applying heat from a distance. During the mold making process, two molds were ruined. Molds from other molds do not have the same problem. Do you think it could be defective? Or could it be because of the heat? If you are using these molds with a heat source, be very cautious.
