If you prefer, please contact our customer service department and we will send you a special package without the plastic in which the soy wax flakes will be directly in the box. br>br>Sincerely,br>Ancient Health Remedies Customer Support Team,br>We look forward to your business,br>
Hello, Amazon Customer.br> We'd be delighted to assist you with this query. The ECO series wick is the best choice for this type of wax. This is a flat cotton wick braided with thin paper threads that provides a rigid structure without the use of a core. Votives, containers, and pillars can all benefit from this type of wick. There are numerous types to choose from. It's also a matter of personal preference when it comes to the type of wick you want to use. br>Product Customer Service br>Ancient Health Remedies

This was my first purchase from this vendor, and the wax is constantly leaving holes or bumps on my skin. This was never an issue with the wax I had previously purchased from another vendor. I'm using the same methods I used on the other wax. I even experimented with changing the temperature of the liquid I was pouring. With wax like this, it's difficult for me to sell my candles to customers.
I've been using GB 444 from another vendor for quite some time, and it's nearly $10. My wax has never caused me any problems. The first batch of this wax I made had a lot of air pockets in it. There are no hot throws available. I saw in the comments that it could be caused by pouring while it's too hot (I've never had that problem, but it's fine), so I made sure I let it cool to the EXACT pour temperature, and the same thing happened AGAIN! I smoothed out the tops with my heat gun, but when I gave one to a friend, she said the problem was the same all the way through the candle. It didn't have a particularly strong odor. This wax’t be 100% Soy can’t Be 100% Soy Can’t Be 100% Soy Can%E I'm in such a funk because I'm stuck with ten pounds of garbage wax. 12 jars were squandered. I'm returning to my previous supplier. For the consistency, I'll gladly pay $10. br>br>*update
Here's what two of my customers brought back after the second burn. This wax was a nightmare!.
Excellent, I really like it, and it's very simple to use. br>br>The only thing I would suggest is that you use good candle wicks that are hard to break.
I'm not sure what the deal is with this waks (spelled incorrectly for the pun), but it burns extremely quickly but does not evaporate, so I wouldn't use it to make candles. I purchased it for that purpose, but after four attempts, I've given up. I'm going to switch brands.
Soy wax has a high degree of sensitivity. br>I didn't have to touch up any of the candles in the picture because they dried perfectly. Please don't run out of anything! br>.
Perfect. I made 24 candles the same day I received the wax and had no problems. br>br>To the negative reviewer who mentioned holes, this is caused by pouring the wax while it is still hot. It is not the fault of the company that you do not understand how to make candles properly. Using a thermometer, pour at a temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit or less.
I decided to take a chance and buy 444 wax after hearing mixed reviews about both 464 and 444 wax. The sink holes were my only complaint, which was also mentioned in other reviews. I finally got my tops perfect after buying a heat gun and adjusting my pour temperature a few times. Would definitely recommend this wax!.
This wax has made me very happy. The weight was accurate, and I'm looking forward to using it to make my next batch of candles. I'm going to place another order right away!.
