Questions & Answers
Yes, it has been put together.
I believe you can if it's made of metal and you use the proper metal spray.
Spools of thread fit perfectly, but ribbon takes up a lot more room, so small amounts of ribbon would have to be used.
This is for small spools of thread; it easily accommodates my 1000m Isacord spools.

First and foremost, I was sceptical of this product because it did not appear to be able to withstand the test of time on the wall. I was sorely mistaken, not to mention that setting it up was a breeze. This small rack is both sturdy and attractive, and it would look great in any sewing room. At the bottom, the larger serger threads fit perfectly, while the smaller serger threads fit perfectly on the other levels. This rack has made me very happy!.
It's well-made and durable. I really like how the metal is all in one piece. The pins are perfectly spaced. Cone spools are also held in place. I loved it so much that I ordered three more to store all of my colored embroidery thread.
These were purchased for my mother, who works as a seamstress. My main concern is that the wall will give way and they will fall off, but I've had them for a little over a week and so far they've performed admirably; let's hope that trend continues. br>br>The product itself is excellent; however, I did take another reviewer's advice about fitting the larger spools; if you alternate putting one upside down and one straight, it should fit without difficulty.
Larger spools cannot be used on this, despite the fact that it is large enough.
What initially drew me to this spook rack over others was the fact that it is made of metal rather than wood, as I was hoping to find something that would match the black metal of a shelf I planned to hang it near. Only the top row can accommodate large, bulky spoils. The majority of my Aurifil spools are small and medium, and they fit perfectly on this. It's simple to hang and incredibly durable.
They can sit side by side without skipping pegs because there is enough room. The angle is also ideal. They don't have a front that you can flip off. Metal is strong and has a simple, clean appearance.
That doesn't go with my decor, so I knew I had to get this one the moment I saw it. It's exactly what I was looking for. br>br> It was simple to hang, and even with only tacks, it feels sturdy enough. I have no complaints, and if my thread collection grew, I would definitely buy more.
I used to buy wooden thread racks, but I prefer this one. On this rack, I have a variety of serger thread spools and cones in various sizes. It's simple to bend the metal gently to achieve the best angle for adding or removing the spools / cones you have.
