Product Description

A simple push on the airlift lever raises or lowers your Bertha sewing machine, so it is easy to use. With your sewing machine in freearm position (for sewing sleeves and cuffs), you can position the hem to be flush with your tabletop, or you can push it slightly down into flatbed position so that the sewing bed is flush with the tabletop as well.
When the leaves are in the open position, the table top offers a great deal of space for your chair to sit on either side of it. It is comfortable to sit in the middle of the needle right in front of it. The leaves are also supported by sturdy supports. Therefore, you will not have to worry about them bowing or cracking when you add something heavier than a spool of thread to the
Space expanding quilt leaf By using the Bertha, you can expand the quilt leaf's size. With this accessory, you can add a table top behind your machine in order to increase surface area even further. The leaf slides along a metal rod to attach to the back of the cabinet. Positioning the leaf with the rod allows you to ensure it is pointing in the right direction. (Usually located on the left side of your machine.) Once your leaf is attached, fragile quilts and other materials will not fall to the ground while
There are eight generous storage trays in the Bertha that can hold all your notions and accessories when its doors are opened. You will find getting organized a lot easier and your sewing experience will be much more enjoyable when you have a place for all your materials.

Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use a baby lock Crescendo ?

There is a 21-inch opening for the lift platform. A scale of 5" x 24" would be appropriate. If you have the Crescendo, you would have to measure it. *br>My Elna and old new horizon are located on the lift platform and can be lowered and stored once it is lowered.

How many machines are there that offer inserts?

Without a doubt! If you would like a custom insert made for your machine, we can do that for you. We have a sewing table store on Amazon, Sewing Tables By Sara. Click the link below to find out more!

An insert that fits the entire opening is what I need. In certain instances, I just want to use the table as a flat surface with the machine in an upright position. ?

If you wanted to do this, you would have to get an insert with no cutouts for the cabinet. In this case it would be optional to purchase the filler board.

Ok, so I really like the sewing table
3/5

I thought it was a nice cabinet, but I expected more for the price. The design is well thought out and Also, it was delivered much faster than I anticipated (in just two days? (Yes) The reasons for the 3 stars is the inconsistent finish on the particle board. It's $700 for a particle board) and you get terrible instructions for assembling it. Quality at a fair price is the first consideration. The price I would have paid if I had spent I wouldn't be as picky if I had 400 to spend on this item. Due to the fact that the item is a specialty item, they charge almost twice as much as I would expect to pay for it. I am particularly sensitive to small imperfections in the finish of furniture, such as laminate surfaces that do not meet perfectly in the corners, and pieces with painted or unfinished edges instead of laminated edges. I also think the trays for inside the doors are an ugly color of beige that isn't quite as nice as The second thing I don't like about the assembly instructions is the content. I don't know what to say, these are totally A 5 year old could probably do a better job than I could. There are many times when the paper manual is unclear in what it wants you to do, and the images are greyscale and While the online video seems to be better in parts, both do not fully describe some important details, such as the direction in which some parts should be assembled. In addition, the packaging and identity of the hardware make things even more complicated. As a result, you shouldn't separate the hardware from the small bags it comes in due to the fact the hardware will be grouped with other items. The only exception to this is some steps require you to open multiple bags to get the pieces or you only use two screws out of a bag of 20 with five different kinds on one occasion. Furniture that requires self-assembling comes with hardware separated into individual cells with labels of what was used and how it was done. In light of the prices Arrow charges, they ought to be doing better. I forgot to mention that there is no extra screw. The hinges are held in place by about a thousand tiny screws, but there are no extras. Despite my effort in finding the dropped one, it did not make the cabinet "impossible" to assemble. It was just fun that I had to hunt for the one I dropped while working on the project. The main issue is that it is When you are putting the pieces together, you have to think about how the pieces are going to come together in the end and avoid making I put it together by myself in about 3 hours, would have taken a lot less time if I had a second person. When the instructions were awful, it took me about 6 hours to build it. On the whole, people will be very happy with the cabinet, but at the price point Arrow is setting, I am expecting a little more.

I'm very pleased with this product

You can sew, quilt, and iron on the Bertha, which has plenty of room. Using the hydraulic lift for my machine, I was able to store and raise my machine on the front and rear of the cabinet. For a more comfortable sewing experience, I bought the clear insert option.

I found it to be a very easy task. Purchasing this item for my mother was a good decision. In the kitchen, she had been sewing on two There were numerous reviews of this product before I purchased it. Most say that the product is missing items, not labeled, and takes up to 5 days to arrive We took 2 hours, 45 minutes. It took me (31) and my stepdad (70+) seven hours. This is after I fixed two things I messed up due to my inability to read the directions. It was a very easy task to find the three tiny screws in the spare drawer since the parts were labeled and all there. In terms of the process, the only thing I dislike about it is that the instructions are in black and white, so it's hard to pick out what's going on.

Sewing Cabinet in excellent condition The product arrived well packaged and in excellent condition

Sewing Cabinets In Excellent Condition
The product arrived a little faster than expected and in excellent condition. It's hard to believe that the material was "mdf", but it's actually really well made. A perfect fit is achieved after all joints have been fitted with In this case, there were no warps or misalignments Pieces that have been shaped. As soon as it was assembled, the clean style and cherry finish appealed to me. It is a sturdy, beautiful piece of furniture. Here's a hint Make sure you use a quality product The best wood can be found in All surfaces of contact should be glued before the hardware is engaged. Here's another tip Please follow the steps and do not attach doors or wheels until the final "Lift Mechanism" attachment (while the cabinet is upside-down) Attaching machine board to lift "wings" may require using different "pilot holes" than mine did, as mine did not match up. Adapt the symmetric board (with the cardboard maintaining a gap around the entire board) to the "wings" and screws them in place (this is the only change that you would need to make compared to the directions printed). ****For assembling the cabinet, you can also refer to the "Video" on amazon. Having the young women lead your assembly is a great idea! A NOTE 3 The best way to use Using Cobra 40, lubricate lift wheels (steel) and their contact points with the "rails" of the lift mechanism (while riding up or down), then clean any excess lubricant from the surrounding area. You should take this step to ease the resistance for lowering and raising your machine's lift (it is actually an excellent.

I like this sewing cabinet very much
4/5

The cabinet is really nice I like it a lot. It was not easy to assemble the parts. I am 70 years old, and my husband has arthritis in his left thumb. We are both 70 years old. You will need about 9 hours to assemble a table over two days, and if you are healthy and young, four or five hours. Several YouTube videos were watched since the instructions are not clear. The process took about 5 hours. Assembly is difficult due to the incredibly tiny screws, and there are many of them (trying to hold the tiny screws with an arthritic thumb was very difficult, and trying to hold the screws without an arthritic thumb was difficult). Add the hinges to the door before adding the baskets, as the baskets will cover the screws. Despite their weak magnetic force, the doors cannot be kept closed by the magnets. One corner of the cabinet has a cutout that is too small, so the acrylic insert could not be installed there. While we could have tried to increase the size of the corner on the cabinet, my husband sanded down the acrylic insert instead with fine-grained sand paper. It does take two people to complete the process. After the assembly is complete, the cabinet looks really nice, sturdy, now that we've finished it. Despite the fact that the wood is not real oak, the piece As far as cabinet is concerned, I am satisfied and recommend it.
