SINGER 07229 Sewing Basket with Sewing Kit, Needles, Thread, Pins, Scissors, and Notions, Boho Fan

A small sewing kit was all I needed to do very basic mending needles, thread, scissors, and a container to store them all. I bought this basket, and now I regret it. There is nothing useful about this kit. The fact that this product bears the name of Singer should be considered an embarrassment. As you ascend - Plastic trays are similar to clamshell packaging in that they are clear, disposable, and easy to dispose of. This thimble is made of plastic, and there are burrs on its surface. When opened and closed, the scissors sound scratchy when they are closed because the manufacturing residue clings to the blades. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WARNED! Initially I was eager to receive this item however, I have come to regret it. Upon receiving it, however, all of that changed. Despite its cheap price, it is poorly I saw the top of the inside cover coming apart at the seams when I opened it. A cardboard box was stapled to the basket, which seemed to be made of cheap material. I found the interior "tray" to be flimsy Despite the fact that it came with accessories, I didn't open them. Then I contacted Amazon for a return and sent it back as soon as possible. I would suggest NOT purchasing this product. It's a waste of your You can improve your sewing basket if you spend a few more dollars.

The product is very cute, I like it a lot. I was hoping for a higher quality, but the product was not as great as I expected. As a result, it is slightly crooked when I close it, and I cannot close it if I place the pin cushion on the In the event that photographs are available, they will be included. As opposed to something that seems so disposable, I thought the removable tray would be made of hard plastic. There is a removable tray made of thin plastic that may not last very long. Also, because of the shape of the basket, neither my mother's nor my sister's trays fit in this basket (or the tray from my old basket). As for the pocket on the left side of the basket, it's not very stretchy and I doubt I can even put much in it as it's so tight that you can't take anything out, which is a big disappointment because I like to put my needles in it. This scissor has a full-sized scissor, which is a nice addition. It was a bit disappointing to find that the classic style pin cushion is made very cheaply and feels very different than the ones I have of the same design already. The rest of the items were fine! If I had to give a 3, it would be I'd say yes to 5. A closer look led me to decide between 3 and 4, but after further inspection I became uncomfortable with.

There were, however, a few pieces missing from the sewing box, so I only gave it 3 stars. There was no pin cushion, no spools of thread that could be woven, and no dressmaker There was so much missing from the presentation that was disappointing.

I felt like the construction was very flimsy and cheap. As a result, the handles are at an angle because the pins attaching the handle to the body aren't properly aligned. Handles can't support much weight, so I wouldn't trust them to do so. As a result, the supplies included in the set are cheap and basic, but ultimately you receive what is I am limited to a few options as most are either too small or way too expensive. The price of this is a bit high (although it should be at least half as much as it is). If you're like me and only ever sew after a button falls off, this is a good option. Take the plunge and get something better if you sew a lot, or if you need to carry around a kit like this a lot.

It seems to be working fine! I am a bit disappointed that it isn't very large. There is some room for my supplies in this box, A lot nicer, stronger, larger sewing basket like my grandmother's is what I will search for in stores.

Although I had read other negative reviews, I was fairly prepared for this product. However, it seems there aren't many middle-ground reviews available for it On Amazon, there is a large variety of sewing kits, which is why I chose this one. In addition to that, the thread itself is quite cheap, as other reviewers have stated. Within the first day, the threader broke. Not a single quality can be found in the basket. The pieces seem to have been assembled using only a hot glue gun. This bag is also fairly small, and very little can fit inside. In light of those facts, it is okay if you can find it at a good price and you only need it for storage for thread, etc.
