If exposed to enough heat from the flame, the flakes, which are made of polystyrene plastic, could melt or burn.
Without a doubt. This glitter will stick well to an ornament if you use the right bonding agent (glue).
Yes, I believe it would be a fantastic idea.
It's true that the glitter isn't sticky; it's simply glitter. So you'll need glue, tape, or something else if you want it to stick to something.

So I dumped the entire contents of the jar onto an old countertop and covered it in clear epoxy resin. What else can I say - This stuff is (glitter) on point! I was worried that this glitter would make everything uniform, but it actually turned out very pretty in my craft project; if I ever need a large amount of glitter, I will buy this again and would not hesitate to try it in any color!.
For my wife's baby shower, she bought this product. She saw a lot of pictures on the internet of people glittering bottles and glasses, so she decided to give it a try. She reasoned that a pound would be sufficient to cover the stemless plastic cocktail glasses she found on Amazon, as well as any champagne bottles she purchased. She ended up covering a 2-inch area on the bottom of each cocktail glass with glitter, and the glitter bottle didn't even appear to be missing any. This bottle is ideal for those looking for a lot of glitter at a low price; it looks exactly like it does in the picture and the glitter is so fine that some of it didn't come out of the plastic my wife used to pour her glitter into. br>br>The Tossware 9oz shatterproof cocktail glass (set of 12), Spectra Glitter in pink, and matte mod podge were all purchased from Amazon for my wife's project.
So that's why I took a star off because it's not like glitter, it's flat and a little strange to stick on at first, so I recommend using pod podge on top after it dries. At my niece's 2nd birthday party, I glittered the living daylights out of everything, and it barely scratched the surface of this monster. Glitter cups for kids and adults, glittered tiara tags, glitter cake plates, glitter on invitations, glitter decorations, banners, and glitter in balloons are all possibilities. Everything is covered in glitter! I'm pretty sure I only used the word "like" a couple of times. a sixth of a jar My nieces, on the other hand, are awful. When I was packing all the supplies into my trunk, one of them slid the top open, and I had about 6 oz of unicorn vomit all over the carpet. I gathered as much as I could with a thick piece of paper and a funnel because I didn't want to waste it, and I'm still trying to get it out of my hair. Not to mention the fact that it's been about a month and I'm still waking up with a single piece of glitter stuck to my face every now and then. That's an entirely different matter. Don't just toss this in a drawer or bag because the top isn't reliable. It's going to overflow. The top rotates from closed to sprinkle to pour, but there's barely enough space. It has to be sitting up because it slides easily. It should have a better seal or a clear cap on top, but take my word for it. If you don't keep this thing upright, you'll end up with a corolla with a trunk that sparkles like Elton John's thigh highs.
I was skeptical because this was so much less expensive than others for such a large amount of glitter. For a party, I wrapped several bottles. So far, I've completed seven beer-sized bottles (completely covered in glitter with modge podge) and only used about 1/8 of the bottle. Love it.
There's way more glitter in this tiny container than I could have imagined! There's a lot of glitz and glam here! That said, it's a good deal and everything is as described, so if you're looking for a lot of gold glitter, this is the one to get! br>On a side note, it's not the tiniest glitter I've ever seen, but it's also not the biggest- They're about normal size or slightly larger than normal, but minuscule if at all (is there such a thing as "normal sized glitters"? D haha). However, if you're looking for something more akin to a fine powdery glitter, I'd recommend looking at other options.
We used it to make a lot of decorations for a party and still have half of the bottle left. In comparison to what you'd pay in a local store, this is a fantastic deal.
This brand of glitter has a lot of appeal. The colors are bright and vivid. The large container can hold a lot of it. I highly recommend having fun with the glitter; Elmer's Glue gets the job done with relative ease, but it's a bit of a mess. But that, too, can be handled by placing a piece of paper beneath the project to catch spills and pouring it into a different container, such as a small glass jar, rather than wasting it.
So, to glam-up, I needed some assistance. I used this glitter on my metal tree topper as well as a small amount on the bird feathers. ) I'm so happy with the result that I'm afraid I'll go too far. In any case, thank you for a fantastic purchase and a fantastic product.
