It will not, under any circumstances, cut a 2mm piece. wood that is supple It's an excellent piece of writing. This is a precise tool, but it should only be used for light duty. It can only handle cardstock that is thick enough for business cards. Since then, I've acquired a Zutter Round- To cut the 1/32" card I use, I used a Heavy Duty Corner Rounder. The cut isn't as precise as I'd like, but it's better than using scissors. Martha Stewart sells a heavy-duty vacuum cleaner for a low price. I'm interested in trying out a heavy-duty corner rounder, but they don't specify the cut radius. (I need a 1/8" radius, which is the same as a 1/4" diameter.) ) If you look up corner rounder on eBay, you'll find a wide range of options, from light duty to heavy duty table-mounted options.
I was able to successfully cut 10 mil laminated paper on both the M and L sides with it. With the "S" side, I was unable to cut 10 mil laminated paper.
Mine wouldn't even cut through a single sheet of paper. The product is defective.
If there is a lot of paper stuck, cleaning it is a good idea. To begin, remove all of the excess paper that has become stuck. Then, using aluminum foil, sharpen the blade once more. Hopefully, this has been of assistance.

This video shows how the corners look when stacked on top of each other, as well as how well it works for Project Life. I also show the bottom to demonstrate how simple it is to open it up and discard the extra corners. br>I had just returned Martha Stewart's corner cutter because it didn't make clean cuts. br>This corner cutter, which comes in three sizes, has far exceeded my expectations.
I despised everyone of them! WeRMemory Keepers' big, heavy-duty chompers are among them. They're either (1) not quite straight, resulting in a lopsided rounded corner, (2) require you to turn the darn thing upside down to see what you're doing in order to line up the punch, and then the paper still slips when you actually execute the punch, or (3) they're so tight that punching a corner requires all of my considerable weight, resulting in the corner being knocked askew. resulting in a crooked corner, (4) they break after a few too many punches, (5) they are super heavy to heft and store, (6) they stop dialing sizes properly, etc. , etc. THEN, this one appears as a one seller. It's fantastic! First and foremost, the corners are the dimensions I require - The small has a radius similar to that of laminated IDs (I've since gone on a rampage, emptying my entire family's wallet). putting it all together rounding corners on everything), and the medium is the ideal size for rounding corners on photos or card envelopes (I believe the ones on the envelope punch boards are a little too big to make a pretty liner or punch a cute little design in the corner) - As you can see in the photos I uploaded, the large is ideal for rounding card corners without taking up too much space in the design. I wanted to finish my holiday cards before writing a review so that I could point out what it consistently works on. It works well on paper, cardstock (I tried 65 to 140 watercolor paper), foil cardstock, foam, glitter stock, 40 vellum, and even some card corners with stenciled texture paste; however, the cuts on felt were not as clean.
Examine the evidence for yourself and make an informed decision. This morning, I used it to cut 1000 corners out of heavy cardstock. It works well - It took me about 45 minutes to complete the task - The cutter didn't even break a sweat during the entire process. High-quality cuts on a regular basis. If I only had a quarter-million dollars, I'd be a millionaire. I deducted a star for not being able to cut a larger corner with it. That is the only thing it lacks. There's no way to go wrong with this - The image is self-explanatory.
Also, if you have small pieces that will not fit in the punch, use a sticky note to assist it!.
Every corner was perfectly round. br>br>I needed a 1/4 inch corner rounder. Despite the fact that this unit is in metric, the middle of the three sizes was roughly 1/4 inch. br>br>On this heavy cover stock, this was unquestionably a one-of-a-kind piece. operation with respect to time You should probably stick with one of them. Even lighter paper is appropriate at this time. br>br>Because another reviewer had a bad experience, I was concerned that it would break. It's possible that theirs was defective, or that they used stock that was too heavy. However, 130 lb cover is a heavy stock, and 4000 cuts is a significant amount of work. After this job, the unit showed no signs of wear or tear. br>br>Normally, I'm not a big fan of these tiny plastic consumer-goods items. tools of a high standard Someone did an amazing job creating this little gem in this case.
For my toddler's projects, I mostly use this corner cutter to cut the corners of laminated sheets. She can safely handle these papers/photos because the corners have been cut off. I like how the cutter collects all of the small scraps after cutting in the bottom, which you can easily clean out. Because of the design at that junction, it can be difficult to tell if I'm getting it under the blade when using the medium setting. Overall, I'm happy with the product and expect it to last a long time; however, it misses about 9 out of 10 times, leaving a small nick on the corner. I simply peel away that portion and everything is fine; I recommend that users use this product on a sturdy surface, such as a desk. Because it's so light, I used to just hold it in my hand, but I found it cut better when it sat on a hard surface. br>br>Note on the Image: Before and after are depicted on purple cards. You can also see how the cutter collects scraps at the device's bottom.
Nothing is more frustrating than cutting that corner only to discover that your rounder has decided that your card would look better with only a half-cut corner. a rounded corner What a hassle! br>Finally, I've discovered the rounder that will change my life; it appears flimsy at first, but it isn't. You get three corner size options, and while the back isn't open to "see" what you're doing, there are lines on either side of the rounder to help you guide your paper in properly. I've probably used it a hundred times now and have never had a corner fail to meet my expectations. Fiskars, Martha Stewarts, and EK Successes of the world should be ashamed of themselves. You have come to the right place. Your rounder has been discovered!.
