Questions & Answers
It can punch up to 20 sheets of paper at a time. Thickness is about a quarter inch. It's possible that working with plastic will be more challenging.
Yes, without a doubt. When you only need one punch, this is a handy little tool.
Prob not
I checked just now; The distance between the paper's edge and the start of the punched hole is 6/16". Also, thank you for the phrase "throat depth" - it's very useful. I should have realized that distance had a name!

This product is finally available, and I'm excited about it. I was looking for a punch that required less effort, but the other options were criticized for making it difficult to see where the hole was punched. It's possible to see where the hole is being punched with this one. If you want, you can remove the bottom catcher and make a mark on the paper, then see the mark through the hole to center your punch precisely. Because the puncher has a non-skid base, you can use it to punch on a flat surface. You could either skid the bottom or simply hold it in your hand. It's small and sweet, and it appears to be in good condition. It's well-made, and flattening it for storage is a breeze.
I'm amazed at how powerful this punch is. It's so small, but it has such a big impact. Because it was such a simple motion, I initially thought it hadn't done anything. I believe I will need to purchase a few more so that I have them on hand. I've already used it on a variety of materials because I couldn't believe how easily it could punch a nice clean hole. I've tried it out on card stock, multiple sheets of paper, felt, and even fabric. It doesn't work well on fabric, but that's due to the nature of fabric, not a flaw in the punch. Anyone in need of a good, basic paper punch should get this.
It works well, and I like how it catches the punched holes in scrap paper. The amount of power this little thing possesses has completely astounded and surprised me in a positive way. Chipboard, paper, wall paper, cardstock, and other materials are all easily penetrated by it. It sticks to fabric when I tried it on it, so it's not good for that. The issue is that you can't see where you're going to punch. br>br> Because I make hand-bound books, I require holes in specific locations. There's a small line on the front to help you line things up, but there's none on the side, so you can't tell how deep you need to go. I've discovered that turning it upside down allows you to see into the hole, which helps, but precision is still difficult.
the- a hole in the mill This one meets all of my expectations: punch, which kept catching after punching the hole and was hurting my hand; punch, which kept catching after punching the hole and was hurting my hand; punch, which kept catching after punching the hole The structure appears to be made of cast metal and is extremely durable; It is small enough to fit in my hand and is nicely curved, so it does not cause me any discomfort, and it cuts the hole smoothly and without catching. I was able to cut holes in four cardstock items at once, and I may have been able to do more if I had tried. I like that it has a removable cover that allows you to catch the holes while also allowing you to see exactly where you're punching the hole if you use the puncher upside down. This is how I did it because I needed to punch holes in specific places. One way to improve the product is to make the removable cover clear plastic so that we can see where the hole is being punched while leaving it on. If we use it upside down like that, we'll be able to catch the punches as well. In any case, it's a fantastic product that I would recommend to anyone who works with a single hole punch.
This punch glides right through discarded credit/gift cards, which I use to make items. There will be no sore hands, and you will not have to lean your body weight against the punch. floats over those cards with ease For the high level of performance, this is a very good deal. This is a fantastic item.
br>Without exerting any effort, I was able to punch a hole in 13 index cards at once. When compared to a standard one-bedroom apartment, I've always used a hole punch, but today was the first time I was able to punch holes in a stack of index cards without hurting my hands! br>br>I was also able to punch holes in 30 pages of printer paper at the same time. br>Basically, if it fits in the hole punch slot, it will work, and it will work well. br>br>I also like how you can lock it and store it in a smaller space.
A standard loose leaf sheet, on the other hand, has a hole that is slightly larger than 1/4" by about 1/32". As a result, the holes created by this device are smaller than standard loose leaf holes, which is noticeable. I'm not sure if the old-fashioned way of doing things is still the best way of doing things. original chrome squeeze-type squeeze-type squeeze-type squeeze-type squeeze-type squeeze-type squeeze The holepuncher I have cuts a standard-size loose leaf hole, so any holepuncher claiming 1/4" diameter holes is simply rounding down its actual hole size. As stated, this device does not do so. So it's hard to say whether or not this product is defective, but it doesn't meet my requirements. I'm not going to return it because it's only $7, so I'll just use the original tool. In addition, I find it difficult to precisely align the device with the intended hole location, which, combined with the undersized holes, results in a lot of inaccurate hole punching. br>br>.
