It works very well on concrete blocks when Mod Podge is used. A clear acrylic gel medium, Mod Podge is basically what you would call an acrylic medium from an art background. However, it is not guaranteed to be archival, and it is less expensive. The product works great to seal stuff up, and it is water soluble down to the point where It may be used with brushes with hair type bristles, as well as sponge brush styles, and it dries After 15 minutes, the surface is dry to the touch. However, please note! When two items that have been treated with coat are allowed to touch or rest on each other, it will remain tacky for up to 72 hours.
