There was a terrible problem with the glue gun tip. It was wrapped with aluminum tape and fell out of the glue gun, burning my thigh. Before you buy this product, make sure the tip is a metal one.

Everything seems to be going well so far. The glue melts quickly, and of course I love that it has a stand up front that makes it easier to use. As a bonus, it comes with finger caps that can be used to prevent the fingers from being burned. As of yet, there have been no issues. glad to see that the glue sticks haven't gotten stuck in the chamber so far.
