Today, the seller personally contacted me to assure me that my embosser would be redone at no cost to me, but that the design I chose would not work with my address. She suggested that I choose a different design and promised that it would be delivered as soon as possible. Having used these embossers in the past, I am relieved to learn that I can order them without fear of poor quality, service, or price in the future.

A crack appeared in the box

The plastic container in which it was supposed to be kept was shattered. It also causes the embossing paper to break. However, the design is quite nice.
