This is not an extender fluid, despite the fact that it does not say so. It's a type of ink used to emboss objects.

The sponge at the end doesn't seem to be allowing enough air to escape. I was afraid of squeezing it and causing the top to fall off, based on other reviews. So far, I'm not impressed with this product; Ranger is pricey, and this was a letdown when I used it on a stencil.
I'm a big fan of the product and what it accomplishes. I only gave it 3 stars because of the following reasons: During my project, the bottle cap popped off, and half of the bottle was wasted. It had turned into a shambles. My project, thankfully, did not suffer. How many times has this happened, I'm disappointed! I didn't return it because it would be inconvenient and inconvenient to return such a small item. br>I'm hoping Ranger will read this and other reviews. They'll have to invent a new dabber that actually works. br>Many thanks for taking the time to read this.
The top of the sponge applicator is far too thin. When you try to sponge on the liquid, you'll end up hitting your surface with the plastic border, which is why I only gave it 2 stars.
I really wanted to like this product, but the first time I used it, the dauber top came off, spilling half of the bottle all over my project, and I had to scoop some of the liquid back into the bottle with a spoon. I didn't think I was supposed to squeeze while daubing, but I noticed the dauber isn't attached to the bottle, and I can easily turn and pull it out. I had to tape the top of the bottle to keep it from falling off. I decided to give it a shot. It serves its purpose as a dauber. My black embossing powder went well with the liquid. It has a very strong odor to it. Perhaps the bottle I received was faulty. It would be far too inconvenient to return it. I'm going to have to figure something out. Very let down.
Too much pressure is created in the bottle by the sponge applicator. The cap can sometimes pop off when you squeeze the bottle. I'd recommend removing the top and applying the embossing fluid with a qtip.
Because this ink is in a roller bottle, I really like how I can use it. It's perfect for coloring pages in adult coloring books or in my art journal. The ink pad and ink pens are also in my possession. I occasionally perform detailed work that necessitates the use of all three modes. Ranger is a high-quality product.
I'm still not sure if it will have the desired effect, but I'm very happy with my purchase.
I like being able to dab embossing liquid on my stamps, but the top kept coming off, and I ended up with embossing liquid all over my hands and stamp. Ranger should figure out a way to make this work.
