- Use the ISO international credit card special characters to meet your needs with 72 coded characters that cover the entire range. There are a total of 26 capital letters in the English alphabet, with 20 of them being capitalized.

- To begin, insert a standard PVC card (85mm x 55mm) and secure it in the cardholder. Then, using the handle, move the frame to the desired position, turn the character plate to the desired character, and finally, operate the handle.

- Adjust the bolt at the bottom of the PVC embosser if the embossing depth is too deep for your needs. The typed characters can be made deeper by turning the regulating screw clockwise, and vice versa.

- The manual PVC embossing machine embosses protruding letters and numbers on the PVC card's surface, identifying and distinguishing it. Shopping malls, entertainment centers, catering centers, and other similar establishments are all good candidates.

Do you think you could use it to make dog tags?

If you're doing it for a living, I wouldn't recommend it, at least not the kind I bought. That would be time consuming, but it works better on metal cards than plastic cards. In addition, the letters are small.

Is it possible to use it on both gold and silver dog tags?

I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I've been looking for plant labels that would last longer than a year, and these make an excellent first impression. tags were suggested by a member of one of my Facebook plant groups. You can write on it with a ballpoint pen or a stylus. I have a love/hate relationship with my handwriting and was planning on purchasing an emboss stamps kit when I came across this embossing machine. I do have to tape the tag down to keep it from moving, as it is half the size of a pvc credit card. I was a little concerned that this would not work out, but it turned out to be perfect, and I am very happy with my purchase.

It's a simple unit, but it gets the job done

When I first saw it, I thought it was far too big for what it needed to do. However, I've grown to like it a lot since then. Once you get the hang of it, the large wheel and lever design makes this thing go pretty fast. This is 100% manual loading, so it will not be for super fast loading. Use at a high rate I made 150 cards in about an hour the first time I used it, putting 12 digits on each one; the method does cause some warp in the cards, but not excessively so. br>There are two font sizes, but it's worth noting that even if you use the smaller font, character spacing remains the same, so 12 digits will be the same length no matter which size you use. This will work well if you only need to make a few cards per day, as I do. Look for something more automated if you're doing hundreds of them every day.

I have an embosser that isn't working

DISSAPPOINTED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT! I'm hoping they go overboard on this one. I was given a product that was fully functional. If that is the case, I will rewrite my review, but for now, I will say DO NOT PLAY WITH THIS COMPANY AND ORDER YOUR EMBOSSER FROM SOMEONE ELSE! br>br>For example, the spinning wheel on top does not correspond to the number/letters it should be. When I tried to write a D on the card, it came out as a 5. It's nearly 180 degrees off, and the card doesn't move after each punch as it should. br>br>I'm hoping they don't go overboard. I was given a product that was fully functional. If that is the case, I will rewrite my review, but for now, I will say DO NOT PLAY WITH THIS COMPANY AND ORDER YOUR EMBOSSER FROM SOMEONE ELSE! , this company, in my opinion, should be held accountable and have a look at who they have working for them; obviously, whoever put this unit together didn't care or think about what they were doing. or was most likely under-trained.
