Jars are labeled with a 1 oz (34 ml) capacity. 1 oz = 28 according to Dr. Google. Dr Google converts 34 ml to 34 grams, resulting in a total weight of 3495 grams. Because the jars can't be 1 oz and 34 ml at the same time, you have a choice. My best guess is that they weigh around 30 grams, plus or minus a few grams.
It's the first time I've tried it with resin. If it has a glossy finish, I believe it could be easily rubbed off, but that is just a guess on my part; it could also melt depending on how hot your tool is. It might work if you move the heater around like you would when making cards or scrapbooking, but that's just a guess.

Beautiful embossing powders for fine details. I've been using them on a regular basis and am very pleased with them. They're fine enough for delicate stamp details, but I've also covered a 4-inch square with them. 25 x 5. With them, I made a 5 inch card, heat embossed the sheet, and it came out smooth and perfect (if I moved the heat gun evenly!). They have a long shelf life. What a fantastic product!.

Both of these worked perfectly for embossing Christmas cards. Because this powder is so fine, it's ideal for stamping intricate letters.
