I tried individually wrapping them in plastic wrap, but when I froze them, they still stuck together. These paper rounds were effective. They're ideal for meal prep and will help me save a lot of money on plastic wrap. Straight from the freezer, the patties are easy to separate. I am extremely happy.
An air fryer is one of my kitchen appliances. I purchased a hamburger press, which I use to divide the patties until they are all used up. They're the ideal size for the hamburgers (each weighing in at 1/4 pound). After that, I placed one on the bottom of the press, followed by the hamburger. It's a cinch to get them out this way. In less than five minutes, I had four patties pressed and ready to go. They are very easy to handle and do not fall apart when using these papers.
They claim to be 11 centimeters (4 inches) tall. 3 inches tall). They are 11 in number, according to the ones I received. 5 cm (4. 6 inches tall). They've grown too big for their press as a result of this.
I finally gave in and went to Williams Sonoma to get a good adjustable burger press to replace the Tupperware press/storage set I'd been using for years. After measuring the opening of the press and reading the instructions, I decided to order wax paper. br>br>The sheets are a perfect fit and work wonders for both freezing and simply keeping the items separated when they're not frozen.
I make my own burger and breakfast sausage blends from scratch. For years, I experimented with a variety of methods to make easy separation after freezing, with varying degrees of success. These are the ones I finally purchased. They're fantastic. A word of warning, though. Take care when removing the package from the box. They're so slick that if you don't take care of them, you'll be playing 52-card pickup on a grand scale, LOL.
These were required when I purchased a hamburger press and needed to freeze the burgers. They fit perfectly on the burger and work once frozen; when you take them out to cook, they stay separated and are easy to separate. I adore it when small details like this can make your job a little easier.
I had a second Pattie press that I misplaced during a move. This press is much more user-friendly than my previous one. It also makes cleaning a lot easier. I've also made sausage patties in bulk. I bought a 100-sheet package of wax paper rounds, so get some extras. To make the handle more sturdy during pressing, I used epoxy to secure it in place.
I enjoy using my burger press, and these precut wax paper circles make cleanup and portioning of burger patties a breeze. Is their presence required? I don't think so. A burger press, on the other hand, isn't. There are a lot of ready-made patties to choose from. If you're going to make your own burger patties, I strongly advise you to do so.
