30pt 8 1/2" x 11" Brown Kraft Cardboard Chipboard (25 Pieces)

  It's ideal for securing art prints in their packaging. In comparison to 22pt, 30pt is a significant improvement. The number 50 is fantastic, but if you're on a budget, these will suffice! The 30pt 8 is what I bought. The quality is consistent throughout the 5x11, 9x12, and 11x17 formats. I use them to package all of my art prints, as well as to add extra protection to my rigid mailers for online orders. They look fantastic and receive a lot of positive feedback at events. It's all about the shirts. These are what my wife wears on her t-shirts. To keep the shirts from flopping around when they're being shipped, she started a t-shirt business. They're a cinch to use. I bought this item because of the price/quantity ratio. When I first opened the box, I noticed a rip in the plastic wrap, but it wasn't a major issue. However, one side of the entire stack of sheets is extremely rough, with "shavings" protruding and particles of something shiny in the edges that I have no idea what they are. In addition, about a quarter of the stack is a slightly darker brown shade. Finally, a few of the sheets are slightly wavy and are not completely flat. This item will be returned and I will place an order with a different company.

It's thick enough to use as a backing board for con art, but it's not overly stiff. That is, however, acceptable. It flexes when you shake it. However, it accomplishes the task at hand. When someone holds a print up to look at it, keep it from easily bending. If you're going to mail your art, you'll need four of them or a thicker, non-flexible piece. br> I'm still blown away by how inexpensive they were. I'm going to purchase a large quantity of these in various sizes.

This chipboard is 5 inches wide, and I use it to make business notebooks. The chipboards were fine the first time I ordered them, and I used two boards for the front cover and two boards for the back cover to achieve the desired thickness. I use all four of these for the book because they are very sturdy. This is my second order, and the boards aren't quite as big as the first. Standard 8 is shown with a 5 inch width. Behind the scenes, there is a 5 x 11 inch piece of paper. The dimensions of this chipboard are 8 3/8 inches by 8 3/8 inch. I'll be back because all of my books are sold out. The size of the print is 5 x 11 inches.

I purchased this item under the impression that it was exactly what it claimed to be: "30 points," but it is far from it. The cardboard is extremely flimsy. I use point ones to make notebook covers, and this does not fulfill that requirement. I believe they should be more forthright and classify their thickness as appropriate. Very dissatisfied.

It's good for shipping delicate paper because it's not completely rigid but it does the job. Take a look at the back of a notepad.
