To prevent sticking of the bonding/fusing material to my iron, I did not want it to stick! I'm pleased with the product. It works as expected, is reasonably sized, and is convenient It is my first time purchasing a similar product, so I have no idea The need for another brand of pressing sheets does not seem necessary to me. There must be something amazing about this! A small amount of fusing material did get on the pressing sheet, but I was able to wipe it away easily.
Works in the opposite direction of what I would like it to. I still have a lot of learning to do. In the end, I think I'll have to fix some I am unable to iron the stuff on to my fabric with it because it gets stuck to it. I am not sure why that is wrong. The program does not work no matter how many times I try it. Rather than a problem with the product, I believe it has to do with the user.
I've used this with misty fuse and it works well. This gives you a shinny sheen on the back of your fabric so that you can distinguish it from the front when appliqueing. You do this so you dont press with the wrong side of the iron. My group has tried other things and I have found this product to work best. Thanks Adele Scott for showing my group this product. I also found that the larger size can take care of fat quarters 18 x 22".
This is a perfect size for larger projects requiring appliqué. A non-profit organization with high quality Sheets for pressing on the stick. It's easy to use and you'll love it. You can expect it to last for many years to come.
The perfect solution for my problem. The larger size means that I can see the design underneath the pressing sheet. The shipments were well packed and they were received a day early. I can store it in a tube I can reuse.
Teflon sheets are available in other makes and models, but the Goddess sheets offer the best design features, as well as the most useful size ranges. Because of their transparency, you can see what and where you're fusing and because of their curved corners, you can dedicate one side to be the iron. I love that this is a large plate. Then I think- This isn't true This is too. The size of this item is large.
For such work, the best sheet to use is a double-sided sheet. In the past I've made collage tops out of this product and have found it easy to install and much longer lasting.
My experience with the product was okay, but a bit flimsy and it did not work well as a project tool. It is better to use the thicker applique pressing sheet instead of the smaller one.
