Why not? I'm not sure. It ought to function correctly. I painted them with puffy paint and drew on them with permanent marker.
Yes, I think a kid could sew through this felt.
I'm not sure how you make your flowers, but this felt is much thinner and denser than the stuff I've seen at Michael's or Joann's. It's less fuzzy in comparison, which could be beneficial to flowers. It wasn't fuzzy enough to hold together for felt story boards, so I couldn't use it.
No, it's just a feeling shared by both parties.

If you want to make soft toys or ornaments, don't get this felt. This felt is stiff, like thin cardboard, and it is neither pliable nor soft. It has a stiff, scratchy texture to it. It may be fine for other projects, but not for soft items right now.
It's stiff, not like fabric, but nice and sturdy craft felt, and it's 10x10 inches; I'm glad I got a pack with this size felt because the less expensive packs are 4 inches. There are enough sheets to last us a long time, so I'm satisfied, even if 16 dollars is a bit pricey. It comes to about 33 cents per piece, which is slightly more than the cheapest sold by the sheet, in my opinion. With small children at home, ordering and having it delivered is worthwhile. It makes me very happy. br>br>It isn't soft enough to sew toy pouches, at least in my opinion. When you bend it, it creases a little bit, as you can see in the photos. But it's tough for flat felt items, which is exactly what we needed it for! Moreover, the colors are extremely vivid.
This felt is my favorite because it is stiffer and will not pull apart, making it ideal for small detail work. For a variety of projects, I use my Cricut machine and a rotary blade.
Each piece is a different color and is extremely vibrant and saturated. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the feel of these felt sheets- The kind I bought at Walmart or Ben Franklin is soft and has a fabric feel to it. This, on the other hand, resembles felt paper. It will even keep a crease in it if you fold it down! Not good for doing sewing projects with my elementary art students, which is what I wanted to do. It has the feel of a furry manila envelope with a plastic sheen to it. Because it's about the same price as what I could have paid in my neighborhood stores (approx. I should have just gone there because it was only 30 cents per sheet. I believe the description stated that it was soft, like fabric, but it is not.
I purchased these for two reasons: br>1) insoles for my handcrafted slippersbr>2) a "quiet book" for my three-year-oldbr>br>These are ideal for both. Thick, soft, and durable, with a wide range of colors.
My idea came from my sister. You place one or more (depending on the size) in your non-permanent storage container. When stacking pans in the cupboard, stick one on top of the other to keep the bottom of the pan on top from scratching the nonstick surface. surface to stick to I simply stack it on top of the refrigerator. I've even washed some of them, and they came out fine (washer and dryer with a normal load). They're a little pilly, but that's fine for what I'm doing with them. Two thumbs up; a large quantity of them for a reasonable price, and they cover all of my non-food needs. Pots, pans, and more pots, pans, and more pots, pans, and more pots, br>br>Vendor provided goods on time and in good condition.
It's extremely strong (I tried tearing some scraps with my bare hands and failed), but it's also extremely stiff. You can, for example, hold a decent amount of weight- They won't flop over at all if you stack them up by the corner. If you need something to keep its shape, this is a great option. However, it's not so good for anything you want to turn inside-out. It's not out of the question - With the eraser end of a pencil, patience, and determination, I was able to push the fabric through - But it'll take a long time and be painful, and the hole won't be completely closed. Plus, stitching through multiple layers of this stuff is a pain unless you have a very sharp needle. However, the end result is tough as nails. In addition, there is a lot of color variety. br>br>Giving it four stars because, for what it is, it is quite good. Just keep in mind that the word "solid" has a literal meaning.
I was disappointed that each color only had one square, but it served the purpose I needed it to. I like how diverse the colors are, and the kids don't seem to mind that there aren't multiples of the same color. Instead of being soft, the felt is rough and stiff. The stiffness of the felt makes it very durable, and unlike other thin and flimsy alternatives, it does not tear. They're easy to cut and keep their shape, which I like. I'd buy them again if the opportunity presented itself.
