I just got these, so I haven't made a quilt with them yet, but I did use them to alter two pairs of my husband's jeans. They also assisted me with some French seams on some shirts that I was working on. They should be fine for a couple of layers of fabric, in my opinion.

I'm blown away by how cheap these were! They're identical to the ones I bought at a craft store for a lot more money for a lot less. Pins are far more difficult to work with than these. I use them frequently, and now I can keep some on my cutting table and others on my sewing table without having to go out and buy more.
They are extremely powerful and have excellent grip.
For 100 clips, this was a fantastic deal. They were packaged in a clear plastic container with a nice twist of lid. The clips were exactly as described, and the container was sturdy. Arrived on time and in excellent condition.
All in all, these are excellent and I would continue to recommend them. There was only one clip that wasn't complete in the entire container, so 99 pieces isn't bad. They are a great alternative to pins and work extremely well.
These are absolutely stunning! These tiny clips are one of my favorites. I'm hooked after my first set. If you're debating whether or not to purchase them, go ahead and do so. They're going to be a huge hit with you. They're also very reasonably priced.
Pins, you've had your day! These clips are useful for keeping fabric pieces together and aligned when sewing, but they can also be used in the office, kitchen, and bathroom.
Pins may not be able to get through all of the layers of fabric, whereas clips can hold the folds in place. They're fantastic!.
If you sew frequently, this is yet another tool to add to your arsenal. I've been sewing for a long time and have always used pins, but I'm working on replacing them with these clips. They're great for certain fabrics because they don't leave marks or poke holes in the fabric. This is a great addition to your sewing supplies.
