My sewing brings it in handy as I do a lot of sewing. In case you already have a color wheel, there is no need to buy another. I like this one because it's easy to use and compact so you can carry it around.
It has been very helpful to me to use this color wheel. My fabric shopping bag is small, so I can carry it with me in my purse. It could also serve as a storage container for colored pencils.

I bought the program after watching a YouTube video on how it works. It is the second one I purchased because the first went missing. Having learned how to choose colors, I use it less and less as I gain experience, but I always have it on hand.
I can put it into my handbag when I go shopping, as it is sturdy and small enough. The numbered shades and tints have taken up a great deal of my time. As far as I am concerned, it's genius. Up until I found these on Amazon, I never knew they existed.
The wheel was intended for quilting, but I now use it for coloring books for adults. Sometimes I stumbled upon a color combination and couldn't figure out what to do with it. The color wheel therefore serves as a reference. Quilting as well as adult coloring books can be done with this tool. Buying it was a good decision as it is a handy invention.
No damage was found in the item when it arrived. The wheel is arranged well so that there are other options to work with in terms of YouTube videos that provide good tips can be found online, so there is a small learning curve. I recommend it.
In the beginning, the wheel had a bent rim It is not folded completely over, but bent, so it has a fracture line going across a third of it and the wheel won't lay flat because of the wonky way it is bent. There is also an issue with the colors. Even when I look very carefully, they're 'dusty' shades which are just shy of true primary colors. The red is maroon, yellow is golden, and blue is more teal-colored (in fact, it's more dark than deep). The wheel is so small that the cut-off distance is so low that there is no margin for error Unless the fabric is a solid color, the outs are too small for a good read of color placement. Although I do not see this wheel being of much use to me in any case, maybe if I get past the disdain I have for it, I can find something useful for.
These are two of the items I purchased. I would like to keep one for myself, and I would like to give one away. A part of why this is a great color wheel is because there are little "windows" where you can place it over fabric or art and see the colors around it. It's a great idea to select hue, value, and color.
Colour wheel with a really small size, which is why I like it, for picking out the best colour combinations in colouring. Using the program is very easy.
The size is small enough for me to carry with my pencils to coloring group days. To help me match colors with my pencils, this item is very useful.
