Here we see the stitchmaster, as this is what it looks like
3/5

My favorite stitch stand is the Stitch Master because it only has a vertical bar that clips or tightens on top of your project whereas the universal craft stand has a top bar that clamps or tightens.

It is not possible to turn the scroll so as to access the back of the I chose this frame because it allows access to the back of my cross stitch scroll piece, even though the design does not allow me to fully flip the frame over, which is the main reason I bought the frame in the first place
5/5

Because the part that actually holds the frame is inside the "U" shaped stand, the nobs on the scroll frame rest on it to prevent the stand from going over completely. Even after tightening the scroll frame all the way, the space was still too wide, and the scroll fell out. It was necessary to include a shim of cardboard inside the holder for this reason. You have to take off the screws and “zigzag” the stand in order to adjust it, which throws the balance off and causes it to topple. By keeping my foot on the base, I can secure it.

I have a lot of fun with The stand I purchased is exactly what I was looking for
4/5

Being arthritic in my hands and back, it is exhausting to have to hold projects while working on them. Currently, I am finding it hard to work on my Xstitch. This is a highly recommended product.

If you decide to use this stand with a frame, be careful
3/5

Adjustable in many places, it was made with lots of points to adjust. In order to give it even more height adjustment options, we drilled some extra holes in the risers. Yet on the Amazon page it says "frequently bought together," which includes the stand with a set of "Handi-Savvy" gloves By the same company are "Clamp" scroll bars. As recommended by Amazon, I purchased them, but found to my dismay that they were not the correct frames for the floor stand. To clarify further, I ordered the clamps along with the floor stand, but the frame does not fit the clamps. A frame cannot be held in place if they are not tightened enough. As the company's customer service rep suggested, there were a number of cobbled together approaches to try to make the clamp work, which would all have caused the clamp to break before a canvas could be completed. A shim worked, but it's disappointing considering the price of the stand. You need split scroll bars that fit in the clamps on the floor stand. The manufacturer's website shows which ones they use. It would be much easier if they used universally-sized ones. They use the same components on all of.

I'm not feeling good about my Take a picture with a snap frame
5/5

The reason I purchased this was to utilize my Q-stitch with a cross stitch stand They wanted a snap frame, but did not want to spend a lot of money on them. In putting the unit together, the directions were a little vague and not very clear, but it came together pretty easily. The whole thing looked shaky at first, but was actually very stable once it was put together. With all the knobs, it is easy to adjust the height and angle of the desk to exactly what you want. It is lightweight, so it is easy to move. Using this stand, it was easy to reach the back of my cross stitch, especially since the neck of the stand could be spun. The stand could even be used with my couch, although I did have to add a pillow behind one shoulder to get my body in the proper position for stitching. Although this was a little disappointing, I returned it. There was no response to my question Exactly what I was looking for - a snap frame During the week that followed, the frame kept popping out of the clamps and I wasn't able to secure the frame tight enough with the clamps. I found that the more I used the stand, the more it interfered with the horizontal tension and the more painful it became as I had to make sure the clamps on my Q-Clamps were firmly in place Fortunately, the snaps on the stand were in the right position, so I was able to close the clamps. I needed to adjust everything every few minutes. For some reason, my frame was never able to stay in the stand. This could be a problem for those with wooden frames, or I did not know how to use it with Q-- Although it was snapped, it still returned to the original.

The amount of love I have for this embroidery frame is hard to put into words
5/5

Having searched for over a year for an embroidery frame like this, I am thrilled to find it. It's difficult to support a large frame (14" x 30"), not to mention that many stands support one kind of hoop or frame in a specific size. This stand supports the weight of the frame underneath and can easily adapt to a range of sizes and hoops. I like the way it is easy to assemble and adjust. My only complaint is that when I tighten the clamps holding the frame together, they have a tendency to slant together at the bottom around the bolt causing the frame to tilt upwards rather than tightening evenly. To hold the frame in place and make sure the grip is evenly distributed, I taped some painter's tape around the clamp. Since then, I haven't had any additional problems. Throughout the design of this stand, longstanding issues are resolved in an ingenious way, relieving long-term stress. The software has solved all of my problems, and I am pleased Simply because of its versatility, I would recommend it to anyone.

What took me so long to purchase this? My back, my arthritic hands, even my eyes are saved with it! It took me years to get one of these, but I pushed myself to get one after being at home for so long and needing to do something to pass the time
4/5

It would have been a good investment if I had bought it a decade Please note the following There were some wobbles after a couple of days. No matter what I did, I could not figure it out. It didn't work no matter how many angles I adjusted. As I moved it on different floors, I realized one of the feet had come loose, so if you experience a wobble, or the chair leans one way or the other, you need to recheck ALL the joints.
