A quick shipping service was offered by the seller. These mats were incredible for the price, but they won't work for me since what I have designed in my software and uploaded to these mats won't translate. The thickness of the sticky mats on my machine affected the amount of pressure I had to apply. I upped the pressure from 7 to 13. There is a lot of stickiness on these mats, and they really hold your work in place, sometimes too well, as I ended up scraping parts off the mat as I worked.
Streamline your cutting when you use this Silhouette cutting mat! This paper has a super strong adhesive, so if you're cutting delicate paper, this is NOT a good idea. This method is a good one for card stock and scrapbooking paper, but the scrapbooking paper was somewhat difficult to remove from the machine. My guess is that it will work perfectly with The three packs for the price of one branded mat is simply too good to be true.
It is really great to have these mats. They do have one thing I don't like, however, they do not feature quarter markings that go the entire length of You will find that quarter marks come in very handy if you are using multiple colors of vinyl. Though I appreciate that the inches are marked on both sides, those marks should be outside the area where the vinyl is cut, since they will be I love how they stick and how sturdy they are. It is a very good mat and I would recommend it. The next time I buy it, I'm going to get An easy way to determine the length is to use a ruler.
Beautiful mats! I love them! These adhesives are best so far for adhesion and they provide a cleaner cut than other brands. It's great for earrings, and I use it all the time.
It is SUPER sticky, which is SUPER STICKY, and when I remove it, the vinyl gets stressed and embosses and causes bubbles. I used 651 and that caused the vinyl to wrinkle and deform. The project has been ruined several times. One of these was also torn in shipping, so it couldn't be used.
Having ordered these mats twice now, I am very satisfied with them. Silhouette mats do not hold up as well as these do. In the new Silhouette mats, the rollers wear out on the part that rides on the mat. There is no way for these to work.
There is no doubt that these mats are a must-have for Silhouette users. This is my third purchase of the Standard Grip trio, and I'm very pleased with my decision. You may experience some curling if you cut anything lighter than heavy cardstock in the first few days after you purchase it. It's strongest when you're cutting heavier cardstock or heavy sticker paper. This will prevent that from happening until your mat has been worn in. Simply flip your mat over and slowly peel your mat back until the mat has been.
Last but not least, I tried one and it adhered very well. It is great for HTV, but not suitable for cardstock since it adheres so strongly that it will damage the paper. As of now, it appears to be working well. Let's see how long it lasts.
