These products are overpriced considering they substantially underperform in actual They demonstrate dramatic reductions in utility life as a result of this underperformance. It is nonetheless absolutely essential that we buy this incredibly expensive Brother mat for our The proprietary coding they contain is necessary for our DX Cutters The machines will simply not load the mat for cutting if this is the case. I have been purchasing Brother mats for my Cricut machines since 2011, and while the adhesive wears off far faster than that of any Cricut mat I have ever purchased. It may also be possible that Brother mats will tend to become brittle faster than Cricut mats. It is also cheaper to buy scrit mats in bulk, and they can last for years with little maintenance, and they come in different sizes. We wipe them off and occasionally wash them with Dawn dish detergent solution, rinse them, and let them air dry. My brother has a very good cutter for sure. It would be more reasonable for Brother to reduce their prices on these sub-units A super mat would be the same price as this one, but could be used in all of their machines and would have a lasting adhesion system of superior quality. The cost of this one may be justified, but it will not be required.

Call the company if you don't know how to do it. Whenever you load this improperly, the corners will curl up and you will not be able to load it. A representative from the company told me there are two locks you need to put in. On the right side of the mat is one on the bottom right. Until I realized that I could use this mat as a scanning mat, I bought this mat as I did not realize you could use cutting mats as scanning mats on the scan and cut. Despite this, though. I have not encountered any finicky behavior with my machine when inserting or recognizing mats. There was some very tiny and thin text in a word document that it picked up. The newer style hanging hole is built in to this one.
