There is so much potential for repairing the terrible, terrible past in order to build a brighter, more complete future. If you're still not convinced, the thread is most likely made of Wakandian Vibranium due to its extreme durability. After an extremely dangerous parkour accident, I mended a pair of pants that had been sitting unused for years. If you believe in science strongly enough, I'm confident this thread can mend a hole in the space-time continuum.

It's a nice kit, but there's no guarantee that you'll get a specific thread color. I needed yellow or orange thread to repair a dress, so I ordered this kit specifically for that purpose. All listing photos and customer reviews show both colors, but the closest color I got was a neon yellow/green.

I am a complete novice who had to research basic sewing techniques before using the kit, so I have very little sewing experience. Advantages: br>br>

I had a couple of items that needed basic sewing repairs and figured that since the kit was so inexpensive, I might as well try to fix them myself. There are a variety of thread colors to choose from, and they also include an extra spool of black and white thread. The thread is fine; it is a little thin, but perhaps that is to ensure that it does not stand out too much? I'm still a beginner when it comes to sewing. There are also a lot of needle size options, which comes in handy when working with thicker fabrics. My denim bag actually bent an old, too-thin needle that I was using. The needle in this kit was exactly the right size for that bag. The kit is also compact, with everything tucked away neatly. br>br>The disadvantage of everything fitting in so snugly is that putting the items back inside after use is a little difficult. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but it was inconvenient. I wish some of the items had a zipper compartment to make putting them back in easier. Finally, it is difficult to remove the needles. They're packaged in a swivel-top round container. The top should be turned so that the hole in the side corresponds to the needle size you desire. The problem is that when you tilt the needles to come out of the hole, they all come out. I'm not sure if this is a common method of needle storage, but I'm not fond of it. br>br>I'd give it a 4 out of 5 stars. If I could give it five stars, I would, but at this price ($7 at the time of purchase), I believe five is sufficient.

It appears to be of reasonable quality. Two regular 400-yard spools of Coats and Clark thread flank a spool included in this kit for a size comparison. That should help with the size. br>br>For a guy who only needs to sew on a button once in a while, this should suffice; it'll keep me from storing my needles and thread in an old shopping bag, but its size is disappointing. By the way, that was the first time I'd ever said those words. br>br>I suppose I'll go find a medium-sized tackle box. That's the sewing kit storage I was looking for to begin with, but I was swayed by a pretty photo. br>br>I wouldn't buy it again, but it's not so bad that I'm returning it, so that's something.

There are a lot of extras. Because the price is so good, I didn't mind that it appears to be much smaller than the product page depicted. br>br>Around the house, there are some basic necessities. I don't sew often, but I do have to fix hems and small tears from time to time. This is a great item to have on hand, and I'll definitely pack it for future trips. The various items are of reasonable quality. br>br> The spin opening in the needle capsule allows needles to be easily accessed while also preventing them from falling out at random. The thread wasn't great, but it held up well enough to repair a small tear. I like how there were so many things included - A great thimble, as well as a couple of traders. br>br>I'm thinking about getting another one so I can give one to a friend or neighbor for the holidays.

I was undecided about whether to give one or two stars, but almost all of the thread rolls are useless because the thread is stuck to them all. I was able to use one color, but it only lasted for two minor repairs. So, even if you have plenty of needles and everything you need for a travel case, it's useless if none of the threads can be used. It's a real pain. Simply put, it was made on the cheap. However, I would advise against it. Perhaps you have a better chance!.

I purchased this for Operation Christmas Child girls' gifts, and they are adorable little kits that I believe will be useful for someone overseas and appear to be well-made. I was overjoyed to discover it on Amazon for such a low price.

It's a good portable kit, but it's surprising that it doesn't include a dark/navy blue thread, which I thought was odd given the other unusual colors it contains. You'd think navy blue would be the go-to color.
