Personally, I don't think that's the case. For etching you would require a considerable amount of pressure, so I wouldn't use this method, unless you think you can apply that amount of pressure physically. Printing monotypes on smaller areas of paper works well with it
However, I've only tried it with block print and it worked fine with 30 kids but I haven't tried it with Eching
I use the press for mono and relief printing, but as far as I know, the press was designed for mono and relief printing only due to the pressure required for etchings etc. AKUA have a web-based control panel that can be used with the press. There is a site that might be useful. You can also view this video on YouTube.

You can really tell that it does a good The Pin Press has so far been used with both mounted and unmounted linos, as well as plastic and copper etched. In spite of my hesitations, I am very pleased and have no regrets about spending the money on the press. Besides that, it's a pretty cool piece of sculpture and it doesn't You can print large pieces on it, yeah.
The small studio makes it easy for you to store. You have to practice a bit to get the perfect.
