This was a bad decision on my part. I was under the impression that I had chosen the Cricut original. In my opinion, it is of poor quality. I will be purchasing the proper tool in the near future because the tools bend so easily and are very inefficient. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> In this case, the seller's customer service contacted me. They were extremely professional and genuine in their desire to improve the situation, which they did. They've sent me a new set, and I must say, I'm very pleased with it! This new set is very solid and clean, and it is not flimsy, bent, or thin in any way. I am confident in my ability to use these tools. My three-point plan has been altered. from 1 to 5 stars stars. Thank you so much for taking care of this so quickly! Faith has been restored!.
This set of tools was significantly less expensive than the name-brand counterparts when I bought them. set of brands I'm not sure if the difference in prices still exists. These tools were great, especially for the price, and I've never heard of the brand before. As a result, I am unable to make a comparison. This set, however, is more than adequate. They're in my paper, and I'm making use of them. My Cricut Maker is used for crafts and mixed media projects. I have no concerns about the long-term viability of the product. As are most mixed media enthusiasts, I am always harsh on my tools. They've stood the test of time admirably. I would recommend these tools to other artists and/or crafters without reservation.
I've had my Cricut Explore Air 2 for about 5 months, and I purchased it as part of a bundle because I live in Puerto Rico and don't have access to a Michael's store. Anyway, because I use my machine a lot, my Basic tool set is pretty beat up, and I knew I needed to replace it just in case I broke one. I needed a backup, and I had recently moved and misplaced my tweezers in the chaos. Due to the reverse grip feature, it is by far my favorite! br>And, because I spent a year researching my machine before deciding to buy it, I'm pretty picky about what I buy for it. I read a few comments and saw that Nicapa has good quality tools at a lower price, so I decided to give it a try. It was extremely disappointing, and my heart broke because I had hoped they would succeed. A single mat costs around $15 at my local Walmart. br>Not to be deterred, I decided to try again with the Basic tool set. br>br>It's only been an hour since I received the package. I ripped it open and took the tweezers out. I'm pretty sure I was so excited for them that they arrived a little wonky just to make me sad. I've been eager to get started on a project that I knew would be ten times better with the right tool all week. br>And now my tweezers are all wonky. When gripping them, there isn't much tension as well. br>br>I compared the original Cricut tools side by side (with the exception of the tweezers, which I lost). And I haven't given them a thorough examination. It's only been an hour since the last time we saw each other. But, as a short-term fix, I'd say go ahead and do it. br>br>Only the tweezers are not included. They don't touch at the tip, which I find disappointing. PD, br>br>PD, PD, PD, PD, PD, PD, PD I just tried to open them to see if they could hold some paper, but they won't close. br>If only the tweezers are for sale, I'll buy them right away.
The only good thing about this product is that it's easy to hold because it's a copy of the Cricut design, but it's of poor quality otherwise. After the second use, the spatula had broken down! Isn't removing papers from the mat supposed to be a long-term solution? White plactics are also left on the mat by Scrapper. This is the last time I'll buy this brand!.
With the exception of the scissors, all of the tools are adequate but poorly constructed. They're worthless in every way. A pair of kindergarten safety scissors would work just as well, if not better, in this situation. Seriously, how did you manage to make such a blunder with scissors? The reviews changed dramatically as well, going from honest and low to glowing and clearly written by someone who does not speak English as a first language (i. e. , a non-native English speaker). , it's the seller, and they're looking for feedback). That irritates me greatly. You might want to reconsider your business model if it is based on people being too lazy or busy to return a defective product.
So far, I've only done a visual/feel comparison between these and the Cricut tools. (I needed more for a camp project, but I didn't want to pay Cricut prices for camper supplies. ) What I notice is that the weights are similar and the designs are nearly identical. I notice minor differences at the seams, but there are two tools in the Nicapa tools that appear to be superior: pinching open the scraper and tweezers The Cricut tweezers are difficult for me to pinch, whereas the Nicapa tweezers are simple to use. Tweezers from both Cricut and Nicapa are notorious for getting out of line. I was quite taken aback by the scraper. Nicapa has a smoother texture. Yep. That's correct. Smoother. My husband, who works as a plastics engineer, agreed. As we use the tools, I'll keep this post updated if any issues arise. So far, I've been pleasantly surprised.
Thank you for providing such low-cost merchandise. br>I'm in love with this set! This device is a lifesaver, making it much easier for me to get rid of the grass. I've tried everything else and it's not working for them, but this tool is working great. I'll buy it again when my tool wears out. They appear to be more resistant to wear and tear. br>Excellent tooling is both affordable and worthwhile to purchase!.
