Questions & Answers
Mug presses can be used with any kind of mug?
The use of 11 oz (12) / 15 oz (16) size mugs, but the mugs coated with a special polymer that works at high temperatures with sublimation ink, allowing the printed images to turn into a gaseous state and leave a print on the item.
Is it possible to print on glasses with the unit?
This type of press should not be used to print on glass. When the glass items heat up too quickly, the internal temperature sensors determine that the machine has overheated and will shut off in order to protect you. You cannot re-start the machine when it has shut off.
Is the image the only part of these that can be hand washed?
It's possible to wash them in the dishwasher, but I think handwashing preserves their colors for a longer
