Away from the center of the agate, there is a horizontal crack running all the way through. This is a very weak plastic and can't be used without breaking. It's rough along the crack as well.
There was a crack across the middle of the agate when it was received. The rest of the sign appears to be as it is in the photo, but I will feel uncomfortable applying any pressure.
Since it has toluene in the lacquer or glue, it will be returned to you. I use this over heat, but it has toluene in the glue or lacquer. why would anyone use a plastic bag to ship a fragile stone attached to a stick? Furthermore, why do you continue to use.
It is well made for the price. For adhering gold leaf to fine silver, it has a very good point. Earlier this week I ordered a flame shape burnisher, and it arrived.
I use it all the time.
Great product! I use it to make beautiful jewelry with gold and silver, and I love it!.
As described, arrived in good condition. Hopefully I will be able to use it for years.
