Questions & Answers

Is the adapter for a Kenmore 158 included in every package?

There is no adapter included in the package. The presser feet were a perfect fit for my machine, which is a Brother. You must first determine whether your machine has a long or short shank.

Is it possible to label these? I'm new to this and can only tell you who they are by their names?

These aren't marked in any way. If you're a beginner, it may take some time to organize and sort your belongings. Although there is a guide that includes a picture of each foot as well as a description, some feet are similar. Only 20 slots are available in the plastic organizer that comes with the 42-piece set. In addition, there are no videos to show you how to use it. Still, it's a great deal for the price (less than 50 cents per foot)!

Will these work with a RJX2517 from Brother?

These should work if you have a low shank machine. I have a Brother cs6000 and it is fantastic.

The snap-on feet for my Singer low-shank machine don't fit. Is there a component that I could purchase to make this work?

You can buy an adapter for your presser foot bar that allows you to use these snap on feet for a couple of dollars. Make certain to get a low-shank adapter. Greetings, K Dodds

Organize them as soon as you arrive to avoid headaches when it's time to see! The set is excellent value for money
5/5

br>I spent a short amount of time (less than an hour) labeling each piece. I taped a small piece of painters tape to the back of each one and wrote the number of each one on it before placing it beside the photo on the chart. This way, all I have to do is look up the numbered piece in the organized case using the list that comes with each photo. I've arranged a couple of pieces in each compartment in order to make room for the larger pieces. It will save you a lot of time rummaging through them when you need them because you took the time to label them. br>If you're worried that the small piece of tape will fall off and clog the machine, simply stick it on the side of the machine until you're ready to put it back in the case. br>I've been using the quilting foot with edge (number 12) for the most part. My seams are perfectly straight as a result of using this product. I'm making dinner napkins, and they've turned out beautifully. br>For the past 50 years, I've been sewing. I believe that having the right tools and being organized allows you to produce excellent work. br>As a side note. There were no missing pieces. There aren't any duplicates in the database. Although some appear to be the same, they are not. For the ones I wasn't sure about, I used a magnifying glass. br>I apologize in advance for the length of this review. But I'm hoping it will be useful to my fellow stitchers! br>Have fun sewing.

"After counting the pieces over and over again to make sure the number was correct, I discovered that I only had 31 feet, not 32
5/5

" Which isn't a big deal in and of itself, but when you consider that I got two of the same feet twice, and I was massing three different feet when identifying each piece, it's a big deal. I priced the pieces separately and discovered that they were the same price as the entire set. I was missing the standard zig zag foot, as well as the beading and applique feet. 'br>br>Edit: 'br>br>' The seller contacted me directly and offered to ship me another set or issue a refund if I was not satisfied. While there were a few minor issues with the set, excellent customer service ensured that you got your money's worth.

I'm kicking myself for not purchasing these years ago
5/5

I bought the entire set just for the blind hem foot because it wasn't that much more expensive, and I'm completely blown away. There's a chart that explains how each foot works. Some of these I was completely unaware of. I think you're brilliant! It's time to get the clearance fabric out of the closet. I'm going to sew stuff I don't need just to try out some of these ideas. br>br>Another thing to keep in mind is that For these to work on my machine, I had to purchase an additional low shank adapter, but it was only a few dollars more. It was well worth the effort. If you're not sure what you have, look up how to measure a machine shank on Google.

The product is good, but the parts need to be double-checked
5/5

*EDIT* Within a week of writing this review, the seller contacted me and offered to send me a new package with all of the presser feet. They were fantastic and quick with the replacement set, which is why I've changed my mind about this review! br>*END EDIT
I haven't tried attaching these to my machine yet; I was just going through and identifying what all the feet are when I realized I'm missing two and have a duplicate of one, indicating that I've been shortchanged. While there are many different types of feet, when I buy something, I expect to get exactly what I pay for.

It makes me happy
5/5

My package arrived!! I used the regular presser foot from the package on my machine for all 42 pieces, and it fit perfectly. I have a feeling the other is thinking the same thing. I'm pleased with both the delivery time and the price. I'll tell my friends, family, and future students about you. Thank you a lot.

For me, this was a fantastic purchase
5/5

I have three different Singer sewing machines, and these are compatible with all of them. They all have the snap-on shank, but they all fit perfectly and the needle never touches any of the feet in the wrong spot. The only thing I noticed is that the button hole foot does not have the stop post that some singer machines have for the button hole mechanism, which you pull down beside the shank to cause the automatic buttonholer to reverse and do the opposite side of the button hole. Aside from that, the needle passes through the feet in the correct location without touching any of them incorrectly. Before you begin sewing, double-check that the needle placement for each foot is correct. Some feet will only accept the needle in the center position because of their function. These work in exactly the same way as the feet that came with my machines when I purchased them. There's also a guide with pictures of each foot that shows and explains what each foot is for, which I found extremely useful.

For the most part, it serves its purpose; it works well on my sewing machine, and the majority of them are metal, so it's a good choice for whatever you need to do
3/5

My only gripe is that my package contained 39 items instead of 42. It's not a big deal; just wanted to let you know that the seller's response was for me to figure out what I was missing. Because I'm not a "professional" sewer, trying to figure this out would take too long, so I'll just leave it alone and hope that one of the missing pieces isn't one I need.

Customer service contacted me because parts of the feet had broken before I could use it on my first order
3/5

Customer service reached out to me and offered assistance. They quickly sent out a replacement kit, which appeared to be better, but soon after, the small rubber piece on the knitter's foot came off, and I had to go looking for it because I didn't know where it had fallen off. Because it's a no-win situation, I ended up supergluing the piece to the foot. I tried a different foot, but it didn't work with the machine, and I broke a needle in the process. So not all feet are compatible with the machine; I'm giving it four stars because customer service has asked me to update the rating several times, but I want to make sure I use the product before giving it another review. As a result, double-check that the feet are the right size for your machine; some won't fit, but plenty will.
