This foot allows you to use less thread and even tighten your stitches if you don't yet have a serging machine because it uses the zigzag feature of your sewing machine to do the same job as a serging machine.

I like that it feels thicker than the last pressure foot I used, and it is easy and convenient to use on my Brother sewing machine. As soon as the package arrived, I opened up the package, snapped it onto my machine, then started using Don't forget to use the correct stitch for your pressure foot, otherwise your needle will hit it and destroy it. It put me in a unique situation (why I had to replace my first one).

I am in love with There is no comparison to this presser foot. Since I have no sewing machine and can finish raw edges when undergoing alterations, it is not necessary to own one.

Despite its durability, the presser foot overcast rod is not that sturdy. Only one use of it resulted in its breakage. It was flimsy, so I was able to sew some napkin edges with my Singer machine but the overcast just fell off. After a few uses, the pin on this overcast foot just falls off. This was the second overcast foot I bought from a similar seller. In the end, I decided not to mess around and invested in a proper serger machine.
What this failure did allow me to learn is that I can use a regular edge stitch foot to achieve the same overcast effect. It's just a matter of making sure the needle area is wide enough to allow the needle to move correctly.

I finally used this foot for a knit top, and it has kept me from being sad about my lack of The foot worked very well for finishing the edges of knitted items.

I love My (sewing) life has been changed! Before, I had so much trouble making straight stitches near the edge of the fabric. Amazing little foot! I love it! All of my work is done on it.

There is an innovator in my family *s NX-18 It took me a year to heal my 450(Q) and G foot. There is no seam to be found on this replacement, I simply need to move my needle to the left. There is no indication that it will be changed in the near future. It is definitely worth the inconvenience to have the presser foot work. To top stitch the clothing I make from woven fabric, I use this.

This was exactly what I needed after my original one broke. This is a foot I can't seem to live without because it is so easy to use.
