It is a good price and does not require any tools Your set up may need to be adjusted for your machine and table. I had a decades old machine and table and it was still working. Although I didn't need to drill holes, I had equipment on my desk ready in case I needed to. As suggested, but you will probably need a new belt, so you may want to think about having an adjustable belt on hand so that you can try this motor out and set it up.
