The answer is yes, as long as the top of it is not overcrowded. Totes of this size just barely fit a 3 ring binder (upright) in the center, and their handles just barely reach If I removed the taller items from the center section of my tote, it would be more comfortable to carry. All in all, this is a fantastic product! The container holds and protects It allows you to organize many pens and pencils Items that can be crafted.
File folders can be stored in it. My center part of my desk is occupied by several notebooks.
The bag is an open tote bag with 16 pockets on both sides and a bottom panel for support.
Brushing your teeth with a cleaning solution will rinse your mouth. *br>Our tote bag is lined with cardboard, so it cannot be washed directly in water since it's lined with cardboard.

Despite being a really cool organizer, this item smelled horrible for days after it was delivered. Two of them were purchased and I left them outside for several days, until the stench.
The items that I keep in my studio include colored pencils, journaling pens, markers, stickers, stamps, ink pads, scissors, and traceables. All of these items have their own place, and they are all perfectly arranged. Whatever I need, I can reach into the holes and grab it. There is another organizer, an Everything Mary bag, that I use to store my washing tape bins. For the price difference though, I am perfectly happy with a solid color bag. I had the other bag first, which is twice the price. This bag is just as functional, just plainer on the outside.
The journal and pen/marker case are what I keep in it. Everything is stored in this bag! In the pockets are Washi tapes, scissors, correction tape, and so on. What a great idea!.
