As far as reviewing this goes, I have no idea. Exactly as described, so it is a good product. That being said, the design is somewhat flimsy (which is perhaps how it needs to be so that it works). I think the thing I find most irritating about it is that it does not have a back grip. Thus, it has a very slippery surface. It seems really weird to me that a $30 ruler would slide It does work, however, and is a very handy tool.
You can use it to cut curved shapes with ease. This tool is great for cutting pieces of drunkard's path fabric. I recommend using a rotary cutter of 28mm size as it fits nicely into the grooves for precise cuts. I expected the ruler to be as good as it is. Without it, I would not be able to cut all the curved pieces. This is a recommendation I strongly.
Using this ruler makes cutting shapes a much more difficult task, as directions are hard to follow and using it makes the process difficult to follow. Trimming the shape with this ruler requires two extra steps. . . the ruler is slippery and hard to fit into the slot, so you will need two extra steps to achieve accurate trimming.
The ruler is rather flimsy, as another reviewer pointed out. The tiny bubble mailer in which it was packaged in conjunction with the fact that one of the sections was broken when I received it meant that one of the sections was broken. Although I was planning to use one of the smaller guides on the ruler anyway, it is annoying the piece of fairly expensive equipment Due to the fact that I need to get started on my project, I will not return it.
By using just one ruler, I can produce a variety of lengths of drunkard's path blocks without having to make.
I hope this is exactly what I need to make a Drunkards Path block and/or circle.
The entire arc process is simplified, and sizes can be made in a variety of sizes using I commend you!.
I am pleased with how quickly it arrived, how reasonable it was, and how very easy to use it was.
