That is thin tracing paper, so that might be the case.
If I weigh it, I would not know the answer if I didn't have a scale

I traced patterns with it. I found this to be quite handy, just for bigger pieces I needed to improvise on. Overall, it was a good tool for my needs.
This is a picture of a project I worked on and used the paper for.
An ideal way to enlarge.
Contrary to the cost of this roll, tracing paper pads are extremely expensive. The paper has to be cropped, but if you plan on using a lot of tracing paper, this is a better deal. As part of an assignment, I will ask my classmates to write on this paper using Brush pen calligraphy. That's quite a lot, but it's not as expensive as you might think.
Thank you very much for creating such a great product. There is only one thing that could make it better if it came in a box with a cutting tool, like freezer paper.
It is a handy tool for tracing expensive patterns I have so I can utilize them in more than one way. I bought it for my kids to make their own sewing patterns but I have also used it to trace expensive patterns I own. It may be narrow, so I have to tape two pieces together for larger patterns, but overall it works well!.
For anyone who sews, this is a MUST have. My favorite PDF pattern is for tracing the size I need, and it's been wonderful to do so. There is no risk of it rotting (some of my pinned patterns have been pinned to fabric regularly this year and are still facing no problems). Compared to that awful tissue paper you usually get with patterns, this is a lot more durable. In addition to being easy to cut, it's also easily observable.
When setting up a pattern, do not iron over tape that has been used to gather sheets together. accidentally ironed the tape into the paper, which caused it to become shriveled up. A new pattern needed to be cut and I had to remind myself not to be silly. Do not follow my example.
It's simple to use. When I want to make changes, I trace my pattern to see what I see. I am in love with this. As long as I tape it together, I can make it larger if I need to. There is no way you can go wrong if you buy The next time I order, I will certainly.
