How long does it take for the pages to stick to the pad?

A block like Arches is not similar to this. It is possible to tear out the pages individually. The top of the lid is glued.

The paper I've read so far is wonderful. In addition to charcoal drawings, I use it for pencil drawings as well. Besides being thick, I like how it looks. Handling is not a problem since there are no creases.
