Because of the coated surface on both sides of the paper, it would be difficult to use crayons on it.
Pacon produces some of the best paper on the market, including fingerpaint paper. When it comes to durability, it can withstand a lot of fingerpainting activity and doesn't easily rip.
I'm curious where you got that information because the packaging doesn't say anything about 500 sheets. 100' of glossy paper on both sides is the requirement.
Yes, finger paint, poster paint, and tempera paint all work well.

I bought it for the Hape easel, which came with a 15" roll (impossible to find unless you buy the expensive Hape paper), and it was one of the only 16" ones that wasn't too expensive. It fits on the roll bar, but not through the clamps, which prevents it from staying in place. Despite the fact that it is shiny, it works well with crayons. I haven't yet attempted it with paint. Because I can't clamp it in place, I expect my toddler to quickly consume this roll, as he enjoys spinning the paper down.
This was bought for my daycare, and the price was what drew me in. It's ideal for the lesson's craft ideas. I would buy from/recommend this seller to others and have done so. I'll be back when I need to replenish my supplies:.
The issue with this paper is that it is too thin to be used for finger painting. If your child applies more than a thin layer, it will soak through like water. I'm going to revert to the more costly paper.
Finally, I was able to locate finger paint paper! This is the best painting paper. My granddaughter is having the time of her life!!.
Cut to the desired length.
Eh. good but a little too expensive.
The quality is excellent, and the price is extremely reasonable.
