For me, it's ideal. It's very good at erasing, and I've used it a lot. Any ordinary dry erase marker will suffice.
Hello there, it's a pad paper, not a dry board, and it's about 20 pages long, I believe. If you need to, you can rip the sheets off and tape them to the wall.
A version with a dry erase surface on the side opposite the paper side is also available. These are used to train our employees. When used on a table, the dry erase side is a bit difficult to use. There isn't enough support to really push and write, which results in some ghosting. It's fine for temporary use, but it's no substitute for a solid whiteboard.
Hello, the board is not magnetic; however, the cover folds into a stand for the board; thank you for your question!

I teach 7th grade ELA, and when I got home from school on March 13, I had no idea I should have brought home half of my room because we would be unable to return this year due to COVID-related issues. I was facing a new and interesting challenge when we were told we needed to create video lessons for the kids! I had just grabbed what I needed for the weekend like I usually do. I was in desperate need of a dry erase board and anchor charts. Because I left my tripod with my mother and she misplaced it, I needed to be able to teach in my kitchen. So, for my laptop, it's the kitchen counter. This is incredible! It's just the right size for a quick video lesson while still keeping the kids interested! It's easy to erase and keeps its shape. In addition, it looks great on my kitchen counter.
I got this portable tabletop easel pad with dry erase board in a pinch when I had to book an all-day meeting. We used it on top of the table after a day of intensive work with a client. We'd take turns writing on the side with the dry erase board. Then we'd brainstorm ideas on the post-it side, tear them out, and use the super sticky top of the paper to hang them up on the wall. It's very effective, and it comes with 20 sheets of paper, so I'll be able to use it several times. br>br>I'd rather do this than deal with an easel and all that nonsense. It's a whole lot less difficult this way. It can be taken with you. It sits on a table and is then pulled back into a 2-person chair. Make a three-dimensional version and take it home with you. Excellent. br>br> I'd make another purchase!.
This was purchased for the purpose of playing Pictionary, and it was a huge success! It's large enough that people from across the room can see what's being drawn, and the dry erase side makes wiping it clean and moving on to the next one simple. We put it on a table, and because it's not particularly heavy, it slides around a little, though I could have anchored it with something heavier in the middle. The fact that it folds flat for storage when not in use is one of my favorite features. Behind a bookcase, I hid it. They carefully packaged it, so there was no risk of damage.
if you're the one who's facilitating the discussion; You only need one hand on the top frame while writing; otherwise, it will slide around or fall over. The best and most cost-effective solution I've found to the problem of "the power point display screen isn't enough" for keeping track of comments/questions made during the session - Many of the locations where I train don't have the flat wall space where you can both throw a Dry-Erase Board and a Dry-Erase Board. Remove the easel page from the easel and write on it - As a result, you can write first and then post. I conduct a lot of trainings in school classrooms, and the wall space is frequently occupied by a variety of other items - You can't rely on a large blank wall to both post and write on, especially if one of the requirements is that everyone in the room can see it. I've also used my easel as a "playlist," placing it in front of me in a large room to keep me on track. track in a longer training where I may need to be reminded about timing each segment and/or which pages or handouts I need to remember to point out at a given time, where my 8 1/2 x 11 playlists usually get buried under a pile of other paper I bring, so the easel is great If you need to park and hike to your sessions in the rain, snow, or wind, combine it with the Art Portfolio Travel Case for under $20.
This is fantastic! I mistookly assumed these were dry erase tear off 'post it' sheets when I placed my order. However, one side is dry erase, while the other is lined tear-off post-it sheets. This is what I use for my son's spelling words in second grade. I write them in alphabetical order and post them on the bulletin board throughout the week so he can see them every day. It functions admirably. Math facts are written on the lined side. I rip the sheets and tape them to the wall so he can see the math facts at all times.
I use the dry erase section for interactive lessons and examples, and the flip chart side for facts that need to be referenced. The board isn't particularly sturdy, but it can be used safely. It can stand on its own, and it's sturdy enough for me to move from room to room as needed. This purchase has made me extremely happy.
These were purchased for a meeting that I was hosting. I liked how portable they were and how easily they could be set up on a table. Maybe it was just me, but it took me a minute to figure out how to put it together so it would stand. I ripped the first one while putting the stand together, but it still worked. Although only one was required, I was forced to purchase the two due to the way they were packaged. Because I only needed one, it was a bit pricey.
I'm a teacher, and I bought this because I thought the back would be useful for those lessons where I need a chart but don't need it to last the entire year. When COVID was implemented and learning moved online, I kept one of these at home, and it has been a lifesaver in allowing me to use a whiteboard at home. I would strongly suggest it.
