Questions & Answers
There was only one roll that I received.
I believe this was not available when I went to purchase it (despite the fact that it was displayed), so I ended up with two rolls. I'm sorry, but I'm not able to help you further.
I ordered SHEETS 12X18 (as described), but the sheets I received were 9X12. As a result, the roll was never seen by me. Be cautious because I believe the vendor does not match the product description / pictures to what they sell. My money was returned to me by Amazon.
When I bought it in 2009, the description was different. It was, however, an 18-inch-by-200-foot continuous roll.

We bought it for our toddler to use as a canvas for her drawing and coloring. It was well worth the investment. We found this to be the best price for the size and what we were looking for after looking at a number of different rolls. And, given the amount of paper on the roll, the price is excellent. We simply laid it out on our kitchen table, taped it down, and let our daughter decorate it with crayons, colored pencils, paint, and other materials. It's also a great placemat for her to use while she's eating. It not only keeps the table clean, but it also allows her to draw and write on it while she waits or after she has completed her task. The paper isn't particularly thick in the first place. I'm guessing it's of average thickness. This will last us a long time, and I recommend buying it if you have an art-loving child.
This is a good paper, but I wish it was a little more paint friendly, because my tenacious 3-year-old painter left a nice hole in his masterpiece! Lol! This little guy had his paintbrush going in a continuous circle motion, but the other three and four year olds had no problems. As a result, it's possible that it's the user rather than the product that's to blame.
Doug and Melissa, whoever they are, make a variety of wooden toys for kids, including a fantastic art easel. We got one for our granddaughter, who is now six years old, about three years ago. It came with a roll of paper mounted on a dowel, allowing the budding artist to start each new drawing with a fresh sheet. You've probably seen how kids pull six sheets from a roll of paper towels when one would suffice, and the same can be said for drawings. The roll of drawing paper quickly ran out, and a replacement roll from the art store where we bought the easel was prohibitively expensive; however, for a fraction of the price of an original replacement roll, this Pacon Easel Roll provides roughly five times the amount of paper. That's a steal in my book. It's good paper with a good surface for all kinds of drawing media, and I no longer cringe when our granddaughter reels off a few yards to draw her princesses, even the ones with arms protruding from the sides of their heads. Let's get this party started!.
My children enjoy arts and crafts, so I ordered this for them. The large paper is a favorite of theirs. They have the option of pulling out any size they desire. We didn't have a roller for the paper, so we left it in the box, cut a slit down one side, and pulled it through. Instead of buying a new item to hold the paper, the box works perfectly. They are free to use it whenever they want, and our roll of paper is still full a year later!.
This simple roll is great for kids' crafts and is reasonably priced. We don't have an easel, so we keep a roll of paper with other craft supplies and unroll as much as we need each time; it takes a little practice to tear it straight without the easel, but it's doable. We also use it to protect our table from markers, glitter, glue, and other messy activities that children enjoy.
It's significantly longer than the typical toy store rolls. It's thick enough to work with with watercolors or poster paints. If you're looking for an easel, I highly recommend the Ikea one, which is only $15. 00, and the quality is excellent. I have a 5-year-old one that I use on a regular basis; The condition is still perfect. Anyway, I did a lot of research before purchasing this paper, and I highly recommend it.
I've given it as a gift twice now. It's a lot of fun for kids to just roll around and color! Mom can simply tear off a piece and begin a new one! The extra space made it easier to clean up around the edges of smaller sheets of paper.
I bought it to use in soap making, but it's not working out for me. year- It's a favorite pastime of my nephew's to roll it around on the floor and scribble on it while lying on his belly. Doodleing with him is a lot of fun! I like how the paper is thicker than most, so the marker doesn't leave holes in the paper when he holds it in the same spot for several seconds.
