It is not available in packs of more than 10 sheets. I've ordered this vellum multiple times and I never found it available in larger packs. As I mentioned above, I have only come across it in a much greater quantity without the border and title block, and the sheets are not as heavy nor smooth as I had imagined.
The point you make is valid. At the time I bought this in August 2016, the paper was definitely vellum. I'm not sure how Amazon managed to get the image so wrong.
There is no grid to speak of. That's all there is to it.

No matter how many times I have not actually used this paper, I still give it five stars. It performs very well, but I do not know how well. It arrived today. I am very pleased with my purchase. In addition to being thin, the paper feels strong as well. It's impossible for me to know whether or not it will hold up to drawing. It is typical for Vellum to have this color This opaque milky gray is milky. As for the size, first of all, I like the more squared shape. I want to make a floor plan for a house that my daughter bought to fix and resell. It takes up a lot of space in a drawing for an L-shaped ranch. Paper that is 11 x 17 is ineffective, being as useful as paper that is 11 by 11 as a result. With the 18 by 24 size, I have a bit more than twice as much measurable space as before. The 11 would go to 9 and the 18 would go to 16 if you left a margin of an inch around the 11 and 18 The area of 9 squared is 81 squared. The difference between 16 squared and 256 squared is inches. You can. The first time I have used Vellum is this time. I recall when I was in high school I had to do mechanical drawings It has been six decades since It might have been a bit larger than this vellum back then, since we used white bond paper. Used for drafting a second time. For me, it is the right size.
I like to draw on this paper because it is of high quality as usual & it is easy to handle as long as you have a sharp paper. Quite impressive, especially the title block. I have had a lot of drawing software before It's still better to write on paper with a pencil and paper On this wonderful paper, I can draw plans for tables easily.
I needed it within a day and it was delivered right on time!.
In very good condition and arrived within a reasonable time frame.
