As part of my altered book, I wanted to include semi-photos I was not able to find a lot of it, but there was some. Originally, I thought I preferred white, but ended up choosing this pack because of the transparency, the price and the quantity. I wasn't crazy about the pattern, but I figured it could be worked out. The vellum ended up being like a love letter! There is only a trace of gray in it, and the pattern appears white. It is transparent enough to clearly see where things are behind it, but opaque enough to soften any harsh colors and patterns. In addition to that, you can download the patterns on your own and use them as is while still adding oomph, interest, and dimension to your project. did not print it or use any ink on it I just cut and pasted it in my book, but I'm sure it would work with the right medium as well. You can definitely print on it since the weight is right. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this vellum.
The vellum has a pleasing pattern and is very smooth. Paper of this weight is not too thick but not too thin either. This is the format I use in my contemporary papers - This fabric embroidery has been used for fabric embroidery, mixed-media projects, and art journaling, and it works flawlessly in each case.
Although it was good quality paper, it was not sheer enough to use for my lighting project.
Water stained and wrinkled product, cracked and brittle, and cracked and wrinkled. Anyone would send a put like this for no apparent reason. I'll be back as soon as possible.
Beautiful patterns and the weight is perfect.
